One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The staff was so pleasant even while another lady changed her order 4 times after it was sent to the kitchen. The two staff members were running back and forth between the kitchen each time to make update it at her whim. And then she got upset at the wait and after complicating her initial order of a union and fish sandwich. Staff was very patient with her (better than I would have been, felt bad for them for having to deal with such a horribly rude lady). And then as she was leaving with her updated order for the 5th time she called them both vulgar names.
Worst people worst experience! Had ordered two sandwiches (union and fish) showed up early so order wasn’t made yet I asked if I could change union to pike the guy in the front said he will ask the chef if he can change it like 20 seconds after I asked them if they could make them for me the chef refused I explained I am not a fan of bacon & mushroom sounds great, he said he will have to charge me extra for mushroom since I didn’t have any idea what their sandwich is going to be like and the chef had implied their work is serious stuff I was like fine just make as you always do then he brings a sandwich without bacon ( so he removed a topping and still wanted to charge extra) and when I say no I want it as is my husband will take that he says no it will take us another 10 minutes I am like ok then he comes back in 2 seconds and is like oh ok here you go I am like what about all that you have to wait? This entire interaction and attitude was so unpleasant
The beef in the burger I got was very overcooked and very dry. This is definitely NOT "the best burger in Seattle" according to other reviews. I've had better burgers all over Seattle. BRGR Bar, Ben Paris, Some Random Bar, Cyclops... hell, just pick a random pub and you're likely to get a better burger. Definitely is "the driest burger" in Seattle, though.
One of the best burger spots in Seattle. The 8 oz burger is incredible, but I'd also recommend the Ballard Ave (if you like peanut butter). Make sure you order some sweet potato tots and garlic fries with it. Love this place!
GREAT selection of high-quality burgers along with delicious sides (try the Mac & Cheese or the Brussel Sprouts!) and a great variety of beer and other drinks!Convenient location, friendly service and pretty decent prices! Oh and I love the decor! ;)
Burgers are great. Best FAST FOOD burgers in Fox Valley. Fries are good, too crispy for me. Shakes are fantastic. Place is very clean and service is very nice. Great place for a quick burger or hot dog.
Super good BBQ trip tip and was told the regular steak burger, medium well, was great. Will definitely be coming back here again.
