We were in Seattle for a week and what a wonderful surprise to have this espresso bar on our way out of the Fairmont. We tried quite a few coffee shops and espresso bars, but in terms of interior design and decor, this location was my favorite. The espresso was excellent, food very good, and the staff was extremely friendly. We absolutely loved it and look forward to going back.
Staff is absolutely delightful, friendly and knowledgeable. Food is really just fine, but priced like it's really spectacular- even for a hotel. Price for a sandwich is quite literally triple what you think it's going to be.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, food and drinks were delicious. Would definitely return any day of the week!

I have to admit a fresh, cup of coffee is my weakness... And the coffee here is wonderful. The baristas are knowledgeable and the service is great. Good job on opening this Fairmont!
