Never too busy and the Ube cream boba is one of my favorite of all time! Shop hasn’t had seating all spring/winter but it seems like they may have an outdoor area available in the summer? TBD.
To be honest, I didn't like the Vietnamese coffee here. I don't think this is a bad tea place but that's the only thing I got so I can't give it more than 3 stars. It was also pricey, almost $6.50

The matcha strawberry and lavender honey teas were great. The boba was a tiny bit sticky for my taste but the tea taste is really good.
Strong boba game even if they limit the amount... Their seasonal teas are particularly delicious (the litchi one).Blue Strawberry lemonade without the caffeine is a great kids option too.

Best BOBA in Seattle! Tapioca is nice, chewy and sweet. Teas are flavorful and the drinks are delicious. I love their specialties! UBE Milk tea is my paborite
Ordered the Ube Milk Tea with Oatmilk and Boba. The tea is delicious! The boba was soft, sweet, and chewy. Will try again if I'm in the area.
