Onion pancake and Mala Tang soups with dumpling was good. The latter is highly recommended.Popcorn chicken and deep fried Taiwanese fish wasn't upto the mark, maybe due to the frozen fish /chicken.Brown sugar bubble milk was awesome.

Flavorful food at great portions prices!Recommendations:Popcorn chickenHouse special mala tangActually Any of the mala tangI ordered the house special mala tang with medium spice, lamb served with vermicelli noodles. So flavorful. Right amount of spice - it didn't have me reach out for the condiments nor did it murder my sensory organs. The vermicelli noodles do clump up on the bowl though.

Had a delicious beef noodle soup. They had a convenient ordering app and everyone is our party got our food extremely quick. Staff were nice and accommodated our large group. They had a large selection of Mala stews which my friends enjoyed and I'll definitely want to try on my next visit.

We ordered beef noodle, malatang and some side dish. There are all great and delicious! Feel like back to Taiwan, will visit next time for sure

Pretty good taiwanese food. I like their braised intestines, beef noodle soup, popcorn chicken, fish cake, etc. I wish the chicken had more basil. The scallion pancake is not bad but pretty oily. Last time I ordered the pork belly which was not bad as well. QQ milk tea with 35% sweet is standard.

19 Gold doubles as a first-rate boba tea shop and a first-rate soup restaurant.I ordered a sweet osmanthus boba and spent some time working at my laptop. The restaurant does a lot of to-go orders, so there was plenty of seating area. After a while, my girlfriend came over and I ordered a seafood soup. They had a huge variety of seafood, and plenty of soup to serve both of us.

This is a hidden GEM. If you want real boba, COME HERE!! Trust me. They cook their tapioca perfectly soft and warm! And make your drink exactly how you want. I’ve come back 3 times already and have gotten something new each visit and they never failed me! This is my new boba spot. The only thing I didn’t like was how crowded it gets inside! It’s a small restaurant so it can get crowded quick and hot.

Ordered a delivery. Overall, the meat lover mala tang is average. Portion is generous and filling. Had vermicelli but clumped when arrived (as expected). Broth is pretty bland, I guess one have to pay $1 more for the extra rich broth for better taste (which I didn’t). Popcorn chicken is slightly on the dry side but acceptable.

We had takeout from 19 GOLD today and their takeout food was excellent!! I particularly enjoyed their pineapple shrimp and braised duck wings. The Malatang combo was excellent. Good food at good prices!!

This place is amazing! Having lived in Taiwan for awhile this tasted just like my second home. The food was very good and incredibly authentic. The staff is so kind and gave us a free dessert just to try (in true Taiwanese fashion ). Please come support this lovely place and Taiwanese culture! ??
