So I usually don't do fast food, chain restuarants. But here I am in Washington and I've never been to one of these restaurants. It turns out these are pretty good burgers. You gotta go double meat with cheese and bacon. Greasy but not to greasy. At least a 3 napkin burger. The sides were also above average. Fries, tater tots, and fried pickles, you cant go wrong with any of them. Don't know where else you can find a Zip's, but if your in this part of Washington state, it's a pretty good burger.

My jalapeno with Swiss cheese hamburger was delicious the fries were good but they were mostly small pieces and stuck together, you didn't have enough fry to dip in the sauce, the dairy free dark chocolate shake was very tasty. Love Zip's.

This location has good food, but it's a awful place. The workers force masks on you, even if you have a medical condition. I do NOT recommend going to this location. Spend an extra 10 minutes going tovthe Richland location and support that one instead of this liberal owned place.

Food has its own unique taste. Tray fries no longer tub of fries. Customer service good. Prices are a bit higher than other fast food restaurants. Renewed seats and floor.

After all these years, these guys still have the Best darn burgers anywhere - And the tartar sauce is so good, you'll want to bath in it! BTW, your staff was wonderful to interact with & very helpful ?

Didn’t even get in the door before being yelled at by the woman up front to wear a mask. Other zips in town don’t require masks so why does this one? This is the first place I’ve been to in Tri- Cities that’s enforced masks. Great way to lose business.Doesn’t make sense to wear a mask to order food and then take it off a few minutes later while eating. Pretty dumb. Won’t ever come back.

Disgusting customer service! This restaurant has awful management and drive thru employees!! I got told off by some ghetto lady at the window after they messed up my order I spoke with the manager who literally told me I’m not giving you the owners phone number and hung up on me…… I guess this is the world telling me to eat healthy! I’m calling the better business bureau on your horrible service and disrespect!!! Ps… I was the only person in the drive thru and nobody in the building…. If you hate your job than find an new one! ??

I used to love coming here. As of recently, their behavior towards customers has been pitiful. The last strike for me was watching how the team treats its employees. Downright disrespectful and aggravating just to watch. I love the zip's franchise but I can't tolerate this anymore

Fry sauce and tarter sauce I would drink if I could ??? we like to split the belly buster burger ??? and also the hot turkey ?? and swiss. Add some fries and then as much sauce as you can get and his will be An amazing lunch. Wait Is a little long but fully worth it

Going to give two stars for the Tartar Sauce, the fries, and the burgers. But taking three stars off for customer service. Went through the drive-thru on 12-21-21. Having to wait for long periods of time at the Fowler location is fairly normal, but this time it was ridiculous. I was in line for 48 minutes. The prices are incredibly high. I can go to Burger King and feed my family for $30.00. The same basic amount of food from Zips usually runs me $80.00. Crazy wait times and prices for "fast food".
