Came in tonight 5-5-22 around 8:40pm my boyfriend went in and ordered there were a group of guys that had just walked in before him and they got their receipt. My boyfriend ordered he never got his receipt about 10 minutes go by and the group of guys had sat down and already eating. There was another couple that came in I watched they were getting annoyed because they were in line then just sat down after awhile. 3 more different customers come in get help and are out the door with their food.Their customer service was HORRIBLE.We waited another 30 and I was getting pissed in the car I texted my boyfriend to say something to them. So as one does he asked about our order.When he asked the guy that took his order lost the order.. beyond disappointed. Wing stops employees need to know proper customer service.we didn’t leave will 9:32 whole hr for no food! I swear if we don’t get our refund like the guy said definitely taking it to management!not happy customer

Worst fries ever!!! Soggy, way over done(almost black), to skinny and limp as could be. I've had far better.

Service has gone down. Lately I'm waiting past my scheduled pick up time and last night I found a hair in my fries. Really gross! I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Lately it's always some issue. They used to be great.

Went for the thighs. Nice change of pace from wings. The fried corn is really good (ask for less spice if you are wimpy like me), but the fries are so-so. Lots of sauce choices, and their soda machine really let's you customize your drink!
No consistency, so it's hard to do the stars. The first time everything was spot on in regards to falvors, but the fries were mushy. 2nd time I asked for Extra Crispy fries and those were good but they went crazy with the seasoning. Today I placed my order at 11:00am and promptly picked everything up in "19 minutes", this time I asked for Extra Crispy Fries and Light Seasoning, the fries were cold and mushy and there was hardly ANY flavoring. Disappointed! I placed my order with the Manage/Supervisor, I think her name is Dina or Dana, I couldn't hear her very well, they are always busy, she didn't hear me correctly, I said "Thigh & Wing Combo", she heard 30 piece combo, so I asked her if I was getting thighs because when she repeated back my order she said only "wings", she finally made it right. Arriving home I not only noticed the mushy fries, but the boneless BBQ chicken pieces are the size of a quarter, more than half of the tiny chuck is breading. I called to report my experience and low and behold the woman that I placed the original order with is in fact the manager/supervisor! Per usual I couldn't hear her and she sounded irritated, which is absolutely NOT professional. Generally, I speak with a wonderful delightful young lady, she rings me up and when I walk in she knows my NAME!!!!! NOW, that my friends, is a diamond in the ruff, she's a phenominal customer service representative of Wingstop!!!!! This young woman is consistently cheerful and wonderful. I paid over $40.00 for unsatisfactory order, not sure if we'll go back, I got frustrated because the manager/supervisor offered no way to fix the situation AND, again, I couldn't hear her so I said goodbye. My advice, and take it or leave it, is be specific with what you want, after all you are the paying customer.
I waited more than an hour after my scheduled pickup. The wings are good but definitely not worth waiting for.
