Wow wow wow can’t believe how good it was. My only advice next time when offer preacher of orange juice let the person know it’s going to be $15 or else I would just ordered two orange juice for me and my son. Other then that this the place to be for fresh food
I’m never disappointed when I grab breakfast here. Country fried steak with my eggs over medium. The potatoes are the best and what keeps me coming back.
Service is great.. food was good. Little pricey for a pancake house but probably just a sign of the times. We enjoyed.
Wonderful breakfast at OPH Richland WA w/ family. Our go-to place when you want to have breakfast or brunch. Everything from a Dutch Baby to Eggs and Bacon - you cannot go wrong when you choose this place to eat. Great service and well-worth the drive, I recommend OPH wholeheartedly!..☕️?????

Huge portions! The gluten free pancakes are easily the best gluten free anything I've ever had.
Today Titus went above and beyond to make sure I had a great meal. The gluten free pancakes are phenomenal. I’ve never been disappointed in a meal I have gotten from here. Everything on the menu is good.
I am incredibly impressed with this place! It’s our first time, and I brought three kids five and under. I had to crawl under the table to retrieve a dropped toy and was immediately impressed with how clean it was under there, as clean as the table! Then, we asked for an extra cup for our 1yo because she was envious of her sisters Orange juice; I asked if they could fill it halfway with water so I could drop a little OJ in to satisfy her. They brought a cup with diluted OJ and double lids for safety - so thoughtful. Even though they appeared to be understaffed (every person we encountered was clearly working HARD, yet still super friendly and accommodating), the service was quick and excellent. Super impressed. The manager was very very helpful and nice, and filling in as the front of house, server and even saw him cleaning tables. Thumbs up! ??
Great family breakfast joint. A good variety of menu selections that will appeal to most anyone, large portion sizes, & delicious food. We really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice, I love breakfast places that have that option as I'm typically too lazy to do that at home. Also a big fan of the variety of syrups they have, in particular the tropical syrup (reminded me a bit of marmalade)- as much as I love maple I like having other options for different pancake flavors. Prepare for it to be crowded on the weekend in the mornings, but I always do the wait-list on the website and I get in pretty much right after they text me to check in (so if you are going during a busy time I'd recommend you do that).
