Loved this recommendation from my friend! Great coffee, nice atmosphere for conversation, and their pastries looked great. They had one gluten free item that was delicious and they did a great job at keeping it completely separated from the other items. It looks like it is locally owned too. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
The Kozy Kup is a calm coffee shop with smooth music and delicious coffee! Would recommend here if your looking for a place to study or relax. The coffee in the pictures are “The Koffee Kup” and “The Kokonut Kup” <- pink drink
I have no idea how anyone could write a negative review about this place. Best espresso in town (most important factor), HUGE variety of syrups, and items other shops don't have, like CBD, Lion's Mane and Reishi add ons, golden milk, MUDWTR, and any flavor of cold foam you can imagine. Shortbread? Watermelon? Toasted Mellow? Oh hell yeah, mix them all together if you want. The barista's are always kind and helpful, whether its creating a surprise drink or explaining the items offered on their menu. The menu is huge so does take some time to choose any of the drinks offered or create your own beverage. I appreciate the dozens of sugar free options available. Lobby also has that Pinterest cute aesthetic. Those velvet couches slapppp hard when you gotta study for a bit. Really impressed with this locally owned shop and those they employ. Give em' a try :)
I absolutely love this place! Everything is delicious, always phenomenal customer service, the perfect local coffee shop!
Love that they offer Stevia flavors, it's my go to Sweetner for my coffee. So much easier to get my coffee from here. I usually bring it with me for other coffee stands, I try to come here as much as possible, hopefully they'll expand into central richland in the future. Also I'm pretty sure they're the oh stand offering this.
The customer experience from each rep each time I go is always great. Their drinks have been really good from the 4 different kinds that I've tried, the peanut butter kup is my favorite so far!
I have been a returning customer due to the good coffee, but some of the staff is so rude. Today they refused to give me a stamp card for my coffee purchase. Eventhough, the coffee's good I will no longer be returning.
Good place to gather with friends. Comfortable seating, friendly service. I didn't have anything to eat, so can't comment on their food. My drink was hotter than I prefer, but now I know to accept their offer of ice to add to my cup.
First time coming here and I have to say that I absolutely love the atmosphere of this business. The inside has ample seating, charging areas, and plug ins. The employees are kind and knowledgable about the menu and the drinks were beautiful. I got a February special Kupids Kup and it was delicious!
Love the variety of trendy add ins and amazing quality. Cbd, lions mane, mudwtr, dandelion root?!?!?! Definite must in tri cities but look at the menu before coming it’s huge lol.
