So I love to see when a small business can stay around for so long and beat all the odds. IT goes to show that your customers love you. BUT FOR HEAVEN SAKE SHOW THAT YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. OR HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS! PUT SOME OF THAT MONEY BACK INTO THE BUILDING. OR FILL A POT HOLE. TO MAKE OUR TIME THERE A LITTLE EASIER. IF YOU CAN'T PUT SOME NEW PAINT ON MAN CAN YOU PRESURE WASH. REALLY TO ME IT'S LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE OF ALL THE RETURNING CUSTOMERS.AND IT WAY BE THE ORIGINAL MOCHA MILKSHAKE, BUT IT'S FAR FROM THE BEST.

I love that they have a seasonal menu with inspired drink creations. When I go to Starbucks, I stand in line trying to decide on the lesser of two or three very boring 'evils', and even when they have new stuff on the menu, I'm afraid to spend eight dollars for a drink and find out I don't like it, so I get the same thing I always get. Coffee bean has better prices and better coffee. And better customer service.
My stomach can't process coffee very well... My fiance was very specific when he ordered my caramel milkshake. Absolutely no coffee. Took one sip and instantly tasted coffee. My fiance took my drink back and the gal started arguing with him! This isn't the first time we've had issues unfortunately. All the gals except for the owners are super rude. Don't think we are going back even though we live right down the road and the owners loved our Corgi.
The best coffee that I have found in Tri-Cities. I usually just get a regular coffee. It is strong enough for me and good flavor. Better than Starbucks. Service is great as well.

Coffee Bean has been a Richland staple for several decades and remains one of the best even in the face of of numerous competitors. The beans they use are delicious and makes for a great iced mocha (my favorite drink).It offers a drive through window as well as a walk up option when ordering.Owner and staff are always incredibly friendly and on a first name basis with the regulars.They have a drink menu that has something for everyone including children.Hot beverages as well as iced or blended.
