No matter how many times I order ranch through the drive through, I never get what I order. I understand you charge for more than two in the drive through. Charge me and give me what I order. Don’t make me have to open the bag and ask for more every time.Food is good though, thanks.
Crisp meat burrito and mexi-fries are my favorite. However if they are supposed to be open until 9pm, why were they closed before 8:30 when I went by today?
Would be great if could actual eat here just once. 3 out of 3 times durning business hours they’ve been closed. Another night of crying myself to sleep while eating Taco Bell.
Please fix your hours online a customer won't know when we get to your location and all is a paper that's taped to the window with hours it's not hard to update them online

I have been eating at Taco Time ever since the first one opened in Eugene OR. I'm still loyal but find it a long ways to drive considering I live in Pasco. But I do make the trip fairly often.
Every single time I go to this Taco Time, whether I have to wait in line or not, I ALWAYS (except once) get cold, day old tasting Mexi-Fries (tater tots)! I don't understand and it's VERY irritating, especially since their lobby isn't open to the public (due to staff shortages, according to their sign on door) so you have to wait in line again, just to get the problem fixed. Also, they are not cooking their crisp burritos all the way so they are doughy and not crisp and flaky. Very disappointing.
