Before the pandemic this Taco Bell was excellent. Orders were filled quickly and were rarely made wrong. Since they reopened it isn’t the same. They don’t include the sauce that are asked for most of the time. About a third of the time they get something wrong with the order. They’re still quick at filling orders.
They closed early after I already paid for food on their app that they advertise so much. I literally got their 30 seconds to a minute after ordering on the app. They closed almost 2 hours early today and so now I have to wait days for my refund and they didn't offer a free meal coupon or something so I could go to a different Taco Bell instead I just can't eat tonight so thanks for that ? usually don't leave bad reviews but that's just ridiculous how can a company take my money when they're supposed to close in 2 hours and then the workers while they were nice they didn't offer me like a free meal coupon or calling up the other Taco Bell to to make it for me or something. I could have asked but they should have offered it. Also the app needs to not take your payment until after you've picked up your food because this would have been prevented completely. I'm not asking for extra compensation I'm just asking for the money that I paid Taco Bell or a coupon for the equivalent amount that I spent so that I could go to it a location that's not going to close early and get the food that I paid for. I want to reiterate that the worker that I spoke to was not rude or mean, he was nice it's just he should have thought about the options that he could have done to make the customer happy.
They always accommodate my gluten allergy and make my order accordingly. The staff is always super nice. They even put my nachos in the steam thingy to melt the cheese as apposes to just throwing it on.
Same discustingly good food as aways. Coulda done better on service I mean I had time to zone tf out so you know damn well I was waiting more than 5 mins. Great nachos and burritos ? drive thru is trash just go in its faster like get tf out the car and walk 20 steps maybe burn off a couple calories before you enjoy this amazing slop we call taco bell..
I was a pretty long wait. About 18 minutes to place my order. Once placed, window pickup was an additional 8 - 10 minutes. I asked for 12 Mild Sauces and got 5 Mild and 6 Hot. Spending $47 plus the least they could do is get my Sauces correct.
Great location, loved the service. They got my order wrong but were willing and quick to correct it. Not too busy dining in hardly anyone there, mostly drive thru going. Nice facility, just remodeled. I love the fact that you can order on a kiosk instead of at the counter, Great new feature.
At 9:40am they had been open since 7am but were not helping any customers. Lights were on and people inside but no one would answer the speaker box. I waited 25 minutes watching people drive up and leave with no help. At 10:05 they finally helped a car and I could see the person ordered breakfast burritos. When I said I would like one they said they weren't doing breakfast today.... At this point drive to any other Taco Bell location or Del Taco because these people are the most incompetent fast food workers.
Been in line an hour and 10 minutes now... just want to get out of this line.... they couldn't give me two orders at once, (delivering for uber) so after 45 minutes in line, they ask me to "pull through again"... then right when I get to the order box again... after over an hour... the order cancels and I'm stuck in line.... worst delivery ever... hate this Taco bell
Kid at the window was just playing around with the co workers and gave me a totally wrong order.. came back with receipt and food and I didn’t even got an apology they treated me like a dog pretty much asked for my nachos again without tomatoes but they messed the 2nd time around too and put tomatoes wich im highly allergic to.. im not coming back a 3rd time to get the right food so I’ll just threw it away and lost money.... Please make sure your employees work on their customer service.. this happened exactly at 12:40pm
