Went to this location drive-thru on at Tuesday at 2pm. 2 women workers sat on the drive-thru curb smoking (the smoke was coming into my car while i was trying to order on the touch screen AND their back subway door was propped open so all the smoke was going in there as well). Placed my order and went to the window and waited 6 mins (no car in front of me) and no one ever came to the window. I assumed they were still out smoking, so I left! Hopefully the car behind me was helped...I went to Costa Vida right next door and walked in and out and the car behind me at Subway was still sitting at the window.

I will never recommend for anyone to go to this location. I went through the drive thru and did not notice until I got home but they added a tip to my order and I’ve been trying to get this situation solved since November. It’s been 5+ months and I’m still trying to get my money back from the tip I did NOT authorize!!

As far as quality, freshness, and all the things you would expect from Subway, no complaints & better than some I've been to.I rated only as 3 stars because I went in with cash (a $20 bill). The employee needed to buy quarters from her safe with my $20 payment prior to paying off my order with the bill, because all of their registers were almost out of money, apparently both paper and coin, & the $20 I had was the style that had been going on since I believe 1929 and ended in '96 when the new colorful $20 came out. **If you have an age like mine then you know what I mean & unlike a lot of newer generation individuals, may have never seen one before :-).Apparently the safe does not accept bills that are not "new" Styles, so she stated they could not take my cash.I explained that while I understood it was not her fault, it was absolutely ridiculous given it is real money & had she not needed to buy quarters with the money I was paying for my sandwiches with (getting change back also) that it would have gone into her register & would not have made a difference whatsoever.I had to go to another fast food restaurant across the parking lot, thank you Dairy Queen on Gage Boulevard! And ask if they would be kind enough to replace the old style $20 that I was given from Roasters a few days prior in exchange for a "new" style $20 at the suggestion of the adorable young people working at the time :-) and have it exchanged. Thankfully not having to make a purchase @ DQ also to do the exchange. Then walk back to present my "acceptable" $20 and then waited about 6 minutes for the young gall to get off the phone in the back to pay. My sandwiches were done & I was not able to leave with them for an additional 27 minutes. There is definitely something that needs to change or if unable to accept old style bills, signage, ask before making how the customer is paying, something? I shouldn't have to use a debit/credit card for a place that still (amid Covid) allows you to pay in cash with $20 bills & lesser. **As a side note, old style $20 bill was in great condition with no faded areas, over worn or torn areas, etc.

This is the best Subway I've been to in a long time. I like a lot of parmesan cheese on my sub, and they were the first ones to actually take the lid off their shaker and dump the cheese on. Very nice people, it makes me want to not eat at Subway until I'm in Tri-Cities.

I'm stuck on their wraps! So refreshing!

I’ll remember when this is all over

Always love going here :) Kaitlyn was so sweet and friendly!!

Ok, I’ve been coming here since they first opened and I’ve bit my tongue the last couple years as the quality declined, but I’ve had it. You’d think for nearly $50 and 15-20 min drive thru wait (on a good day) for 4 sandwiches we wouldn’t receive our food in makeshift bags made out of napkins and tape. Two of our sandwiches weren’t even correctly heated or toasted. A footlong was cut in half and thrown into a paper bag, which created a huge mess. My other sandwich was drowning in honey mustard and salt. And then prompting customers for a tip is a little insult to injury. We’re done coming here. Whatever is happening there management wise needs to get fixed.

Do not like how they started asking for a tip in the drive thru before making my sandwich. What would I be tipping for?? .........the length of my stay in the drive thru!!!!

Nice place, bought a water and took shelter from the heat since I rode my bike.
