Not good, don’t care about the people in the store and take for ever to get you food

Cadence, the Manager, and employees r awesome

Credit card machine quit working but the lady never said anything to anyone until she was ready it was assistants manager poor service.

The blonde chick working all alone on a Friday at 2:30pm was busting her butt while remaining calm. I waited in line super long but I don't mind because she was kind, smiling, & had a happy tone. I think the 2nd employee was on their break. The manager might think to schedule more employees on Fridays.

I went to this location and it took the person making my husbands sandwich almost 20 minutes. We were in line waiting for 3 sandwiches and 1 pretzel for over thirty minutes. We ordered a pretzel at the beginning of our order and after a total of 45 minutes I asked for a refund because we still hadn't gotten it. The manager was not helping this clearly new employee, instead she was walking around the shop avoiding that area completely. I finally got sick of waiting and asked for a refund. I understand you have a new employee but shouldn't the manager step in and help and use this as a learning moment? Not only was my service exceptionally poor but so is the training for their new hires.

We go to this Subway quite often, in fact whenever we want Subway we go specifically to this one because the people are friendly and the service is exceptional.

While Subway is known for fixing subs just as you like 'em, this restaurant has great customer service and really strives to give you, the customer, your ideal sandwich. Whether you want more of a certain item and less of something else, the staff works to make you sub just the way you would make it at home.The staff is also very helpful in showing you have to use the Subway app to get the best price for your meal.

Not bad customer service, or messy sandwiches but not pleased with how an employee ignored my instructions of needing new gloves and knife to make a veggie wrap and made it after touching meat so I cannot eat it and have to eat elsewhere. Otherwise good job.
