I liked this place, although the location seemed a little awkward to get to.The baristas were all friendly and did a great job. The atmosphere was great and had a nice meeting with a new friend!
Customer service is really good and they put a lot of whip cream on the drink but honestly this place probably has the most bitter iced white mocha. Just throwing that out there. Baristas should be retrained.
If you’re ordering anything that is not explicitly a menu item you got a 6/10 shot they’ll get it right. At least they try

This location was much faster than the Duportail location and with baristas that understand customers needs.
Went through drive through this morning with 5 cars ahead of me. WAITED 27 MINUTES to get to window. I saw 4-5 people working inside. Only 2 people waiting inside, and a few people picking up mobile orders. You'd think they'd be more organized and able to multitask? 2 people in drive up, 2 people for mobile and inside orders?? I asked if it was ready and he said just wait. I told him how long I waited along with everyone else. He said, oh it free today. I said I know, and drove off.
i was having such a bad day at work and decided to grab some drinks here at this location, Sydney has such amazing customer service that just changed my grumpy mood entirely. THANK YOU SYDNEY!! ♥️♥️
