Always has been one of our favorite pizza stores in town. The customer service is spot on in the pizza is ready and it needs to be! If we have ever had a problem with a pizza being cold or not quite right they are quick to fix the problem and get us taken care of which is much appreciated
Honestly just had the worst experience with the Steptoe Pizza Hut. We live 2 minutes from the store, and 21 minutes after we received the "Out for Delivery" message, we finally get a loud knock (after requesting a "very light knock"). I open the door, no worker, a pile of smashed boxes, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi. We ordered Mountain Dew. I open the first smashed box - cheese bread - we didn't order cheesebread. I see a worker pulling out of the parking lot. Assuming we received the incorrect order, I literally chase her down barefoot in the snow. She rolls down her window and I kindly say "I think we received the wrong order." She then proceeds to whip out a receipt and read my order off to me. I said "Yes, I know what we ordered, but we have the wrong drink, and there is cheese bread which we did not order." At this point, I'm still thinking we have the completely wrong order, but she insists everything is there. I said "Let me go check." She follows me to my doorstep as I go in, and check each box. Everything else is there; however, the cheese of the cheese bread and the toppings from our pizza are stuck to the underside of each box - clearly from being smashed. I said this isn't our cheese bread, and she said we can just keep it - I'm strongly assuming that another customer will never receive the cheesebread they ordered today. Then before I can even mention the soda, she says, "Oh, so it's just the Pepsi that's wrong then?" Honestly at this point, I was done. She doesn't offer to fix the drink, so I just say "Don't worry about it." She says "Are you sure?" Yes, I'm sure, I'm not going to wait an hour for her to return with (hopefully) the correct drink. Now eating our topping-less, cold pizza with the wrong drink. THANK YOU PIZZA HUT.
Horrible service did not recive a quarter of what I ordered in total. When called and said something about they were completely rude and was treated like I just made it up. Having 3 kids we eat pizza quit abit. And pizza hut is one of our favorites but dont know if I'll be ordering again from this one total appaled and quite disgusted
Customer service was horrible. They delivered our order which was NOT ours. Then we tried to get our money refunded since we waited over an hour for our pizza. The manager then hung up on us. We called back and they would not let us talk to the manager and gave us her wrong name. Very unnecessary for a business that we use all the time. End of story is that we did not receive our order and we will have to wait and see if the refund our money. Will NEVER use this store again.
the main issue was that the crust they used was old. the yeast had started to fall. so when it was cooked it was falling, discolored and very hard in spots. hardly any sauce was on the pizza. The pizza was cold when is got to the house. Pizza hut used to have better flavor than the others but quality has gone down. I guess I will have to go to another place. who wants to pay for expired crust.
Got full after two pieces. Would like to see PH go back to sliced tomatoes instead of diced. We had our own tomatoes this time. The pizza crust was baked perfectly.

My pizza is always delicious. Never shorted on toppings, never over/under cooked. Always ready at the time given. And the staff at this location are always friendly and welcoming
Pizza was overcooked and the manager indicated that they expected a call. Rather then send out a burnt pizza take the time to recook and sent out an edible pizza. Thanks.
