I had a small gift card and decided to get a salad. It was delicious and all very fresh ingredients. A bit pricey. I do love the piece of crusty bread, that was included. I went about 7pm and the place was empty. I received the text that my order was ready, but it had not been bagged and put on the take out shelf, but they got that done just minutes after I inquired about my order. I also bought a gift card as a gift, during this visit, but the cashier struggled so much with the transaction that I decided to double check the balance was right, before I gifted the card. Happy to report it was. My impression is they are struggling, like everyone else, with inflation and lack of workers.
Everyone here is super kind! Wait times are a bit long because it's understaffed, but they are doing their absolutely best and always doing a great job. If they run out if things, they will always try to find a replacement to suit you! This place is always my choice for comfort food and if you're looking for good customer service, they will always provide it. ?
First of all before I say anything else I do want to say Panera Bread has a great set up..its clean and pleasant and the people that work there are really nice..now let's put that aside..my issue is this..I paid 121.00..3 pops, 3 coffees, 2 sandwiches, and a group chicken noodle soup that comes with baguette bread it's supposed to serve 4 does that look like it feeds 4..geez that was 19.69..then 2 dozen cookies which btw..the white chocolate ones are so delicious, kudos to the cookies..idk I just thought the soup would be bigger and there would be more bread..that part of it definitely isn't for 4 people in my book..overall it was ok..
They have a wide variety of things to choose from you really can't go wrong. They have a signature lemonade juice bar. They have a coffee bar and tea bar. They have huge selection of bakery items bagels spreads you name it you can get it. All very freshly made here. You can get oatmeal, soup salads pizzas. Everyone is nice and works great together.
Pit stop on a road trip. Ordered our breakfast online before showing up and it was ready when we got there. The food and drinks were hot. This Panera is new and very clean. It’s always nice to stop somewhere clean on a road trip.
Last two visits have been super disappointing. They are down to one vegetarian sandwich option (not counting grilled cheese - that’s for kids) the Mediterranean. I’ve ordered it both times and the hummus is barely there. The 2nd time it was completely forgotten and I had to return. Plus, skimpy vegetables. Come on, do better! If we only get one healthy veggie option, make it well made. I choose Panera for a healthier option when I have to grab something on the go. I expect quality. Seems like that’s been sliding at Panera.
Love me some Panera
Great service great staff and great food! My parents who are vegan came with my wife and I and they went above and beyond for them. Can't say enough good things.
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AT PANERA. They hosted a charity event for The Pitbull Pen on Valentine's day. I ordered food for my family that night and it was AMAZING! AND they asked the animal rescue to come back quarterly. This gesture warms my heart. Amazing food and great people. Thank you. The Criscola family LOVED the food. Thanks again!
Flatbread pizza was good although a little pricey for what you get. All their baked goods had been excellent. Coffee was excellent.
