Pretty good food! Service was slow inside with orders and checkout. For some reason I thought Panda Express gave out a fortune cookie per order? Not anymore? Well there are bags of them you can purchase instead….. also, I thought the cream cheese Rangoon things came with a warm sweat and sour dipping sauce? We got these packets we had to spill over the top of them…..not fun, and not convenient for dine-in….Facility was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. There’s an outside seating area too.
All I got was some egg rolls. The food looked delicious though. Would like to come back and have some other food. Place was clean and the prices weren’t that bad.
I ordered online from the parking lot and it took much longer than if I had just gone inside to order from the line. Food was dependably consistent.
Not pleased at all tonight with the food! The honey walnut chicken and chow neon noodles were cold and dry, yet they charge an extra $1.25 for the shrimp!!! The egg roll was cold as well and I do reckon that the food had NOT FRESHLY been made… next time I will not go through the drive thru and send the food back if I am sitting in this establishment!!! The manager needs to keep an eye on his staff and make sure the food is up to par, as this is by NO MEANS reasonably priced l, not worth the money!!
This store will not serve you unless you wear a muzzle. Oh, they'll serve you if you go through the drive through, but if you go inside and stand the same distance away, that's not "safe". They are prejudiced against those who don't wear masks. I didn't appreciate being ignored in line and being forced to after waiting 15min in line to then have to go thru the drive thru. Not good customer service. I always enjoy the food, but their policies are wrong.
They put our food in sideways in a paper bag and handed to me right side up. Therefore the food leaked all over before I noticed. Verify frustrating and stupid!
second time ordering from the location on duportail st, the first time i get my food i open the bag and my bigger plate is sideways and leaking everywhere did not mind it just cleaned it up. just got my 2nd order opened it box was sideways and everything was out of the box and dumped in the paper bag. last time i order from there. seems like there bags are to small so they think its smart to put the to go box/plate sideways in the bag.
I came in today for dinner and met Kadee. An amazing employee who’s so kind and definitely knows what she’s doing. She provided great service and made me want to come back to this location again. I hope you know how appreciative I am of you Kadee and the rest of the staff on the floor. All of your hard work and everyone else’s shows. Ordered Kung Pao chicken and Beijing beef, asked for 1 or 2 extra thai chili peppers ? in my entrées, I like it super spicy. Not even one chili pepper in the entire order. Plus they gave me Kung Pao chicken and Teriyaki chicken.beef in a side
