They now have cauliflower crust available. I was skeptical, but tried it anyway. It's really good and tastes just like regular thin pizza crust. I have never had a bad pizza at MOD.
I used to love Mod, I would create my own little pizza and it had good amounts of flavor and ingredients. My boyfriend and I had just order Mod tonight since it seemed good and I wanted to give them a re try since the last time I had ordered several months ago there was hair in my pizza:/ so we ordered again tonight. Horrible.. the sauce is like a thick unflavored paste.. a paste. The chicken is so gross there’s no flavor to it. The cauliflower crust I got was also just burnt and no flavor. My boyfriends pizza had so much chicken on it and barley had anything else. I picked my pineapple and olives off because it’s canned and actually had flavor. My boyfriend left his half finished. Also two 11” pizzas for 35$, ghats crazy should’ve just gotten domino’s or little cicis.

I love mod but this one really jacked up my order. Super disappointed. I got a thick crust mad dog with artichoke, roasted garlic, and buffalo sauce added on, didn't get any of my requested toppings. I can only assume its since I ordered through Uber and not in person. So I couldn't check the pizza and have it corrected. The pizza was still delicious and its the same quality I expect from mod. Just upset someone neglected my toppings. I must just assume it was an off day. Still though despite all this I recommend it. Even when they mess up it's still worth eating.

Would've liked to have given a 5 star, but when you take an order from someone who is behind you in line, because he tipped you for it, not cool.But food was good loved how the pizza was made and the amount of toppings was perfect, I will give it another shot definitely.
Very slow and not fast. It was like they were all standing around. No disrespect but you guys could get people going faster than that. Honestly.
Online ordering is so much easier than standing in line - place my order, leave home, and it's usually ready shortly after I get there. The employees are not super friendly, but they're generally always working and I've not seen any obviosu slackers. Sometimes the dough is too thin in the middle - I understand that's the style for this type of pizza, but it also shoulnd't be paper thin in spots. The 'any toppings, same price' model is a good idea, but pizzas are always VERY lightly topped - to the point that each ingredient is not on every slice of the pizza. That's how toppings on pizza are supposed to work - you get some of each on every slice, but not the case here. Try to visit here during off-peak hours, they can only fit so many pizzas in the oven at one time and although it's a quick cook time it gets very backed up during busy times. Yes, I'm quite critical with these points but I have a lot of experience making pizzas. Flavor is good and they do a decent enough job overall that I will return at some point.
A colleague and I had ordered delivery and we could not resolve an issue through Door Dash. I spoke with Jennifer, and after many unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with Door Dash, she accommodated our order without charging us extra. We really appreciated her kindness and patience as she helped us with this issue.
