My boyfriend and i went to pick up his recovery meal from a few weeks ago because there was a spider in his food they had promised him another order after he called and complained about the spider. when we came to get the meal the manager who was very rude and has no customer service said they didn’t have any order under his name. she didn’t apologize for the misunderstanding or anything. she was just flat out rude to us. no smile or anything she was shaking her head at us. this lady should NOT be a manager.
Not the best nutrional choice, but it's relatively quick and consistent, you always know what your getting. When it come to food, not a fan of surprises ?
This McDonalds had kind helpful workers, clean outside appearance, friendly drive thru, food arrived hot and fast which is how it should be. ???
Have not been to McDonald's for a long time. This visit reminded me why. Fries were excellent but that's it. Not very fast for fast food. Next time I'll go hungry when in a pinch in this area.
The staff is wonderful, we pulled in, they gave us a space and told us we will take care of checking you in tomorrow morning. The place is clean and quiet.
I only eat breakfast, bacon McMuffin with egg and hash browns. Although it can be made incorrectly from time to time, it's generally enjoyable in the early morning.
Went through the drive thur and had to go park and wait. Food was cold and everyone knows McDonald’s fry’s are no good cold.
You really can do better! I asked “could I get a little extra Mac sauce on my Big Mac” what I got was a disgusting uneditable burger that was more Mac sauce then burger. My Lg fry did not even come up over the edge of the front of the fry box. I just don’t understand at all. I threw it away after attending to take 2 Bits and it just tasting like sauce and marking the biggest mess everywhere.
Went through drive thru, pulled up to the window to pay, and the girl starts naming random orders, and it was no to all 3. She tells me to hold on a second. I look at the truck in front of me handing the bag and OJ back to the food window, obviously mine. So the girl calls the manager, gets me rang correctly, and we are sitting a good 10 minutes waiting for the guy in front of us to get his food probably remade, as there must have been a few other people that got the wrong orders. Guy behind us yelling " what's taking so long" and complaining to the 1st cashier. Finally get up to the food window, and the lady hands us our food. I asked if it was still hot? She said "yes it is". It wasnt. Things happen, but maybe have your team in the right areas of their strengths, or get them trained up better. Can't blame Covid anymore.
If i could put no stars i would . first off when we asked for a refund cuz they over charged us , the MANAGER was rude. Then when it was time to give the receipt she sent another manager and it was just a waiste of money from the experience to cold food . so not worth the 26 dollars. Not going there again.!
