Probably the worst McDonalds in Richland. Any time we stop at this one, at least one item is missing. Every single time. Rude employees (asked for ranch and tried to hand employee $0.25 for it and she tells me “no, there’s some in the happy meal”. Okay, I want ranch for my meal too but sure the 1 ranch in my daughter’s happy meal will do…), unprofessional managers (absolutely no training on how to deal with upset customers or proper phone etiquette). Receipt shows what I ordered and they were happy to charge for everything, then we get home and of course, items missing! Called the number on receipt because “if a mistake is made, please allow us to fix it”. Asked for a refund just for the missing items and instead was told to “bring the food back to the store and they can issue a refund”. How am I supposed to bring the food back that you never gave me?! They want $15+/hr but can’t even read a ticket. Customer service is such a joke these days!
I take my daughter every Friday to her doctor appointment in Richland, WA. And we stop at this McDonald every Friday morning. I must say this McDonalds has the BEST morning crew. They treat the customers with respect and they treat each other with respect. The manager comes out to greet customers. Here in Yakima you do not get that kind of friendly service.
At this McDonald's the fried are always freshly fried, the special requests always correct.
10:30pm, going through the drive thru, ordered a large 2 cheeseburger combo, got a medium.10 piece nugget, received 9.Wife's food had excessive mustard on quarter deluxe, and both of my cheeseburgers were no better. Picture below is a single cheeseburger. There should be three drops of mustard on this, I'm not picky, love mustard, but the consistency of this entire order was just bad.I realize it's later in the evening, but really expected a bit more.
Very nice food, worker named Isabella was very nice and greets me nicely every time I go through the drive-thru. Sometimes they forget my sauce packets though :/
Great place! Awesome selection of craft beer! Definitely one of my go to locations, when I am in the area.
Just went through the drive-tru and ordered about 27 dollars of food. And everything just came out sloppy. Food was cold, burger tasted stale. I did not ask for sloppy joe. Need better employees.
This is the place you go when you want to show your kids that you won't always get what you want, even if you pay for it. it's also where you go when you want to make a 5 year old cry because they managed to screw up by giving you a box with a toy in it...they get a free star out of it because I probably should have looked to see that the happy meal actually had food in it, rather than a toy and half a box of napkins.
They were out of quarter pounder patties. They forgot to put kids fries in the happy meal. Customer service was friendly.
It's your basic McDonald's slap your food together and get you going on your way. The Richland branch by Fred Meyer has some of the most rude employees that I've ever found in a McDonald's .
