My fiance burger was dry and mine was fine and good but they do he inconsistent I like mic Donald's they just gotta get it up
I don't know if it's me that seems to be getting these bad cheeseburgers at McDonald's. Like these things were old. A bun was even hard it didn't look like it was even fresh which made it not taste very good. McDonald's needs to step it up with their food quality. I am updating my review because today I got a cheeseburger that was so cold I think the health department needs to come and check this place out. I don't know how you put food out like that this is ridiculous it wasn't even warm.
Love the new rule. No silverware with your meal. No one remembers to tell you, so now I can’t eat my food. Good job WA state. And Mcdonalds.
Best McDonald's location I've been to. Food is always right and even when there's a line, it goes quick.
I had a terrible experience at this location tonight. We waited in line and we got our food and it was cold, our quarter that we ordered was dry and the buns weren’t toasted, and the nuggets were dry and flavorless. We went back 4 mins before they closed and was abruptly told that they were already closed when we just left the drive through one minute before. Also was told we couldn’t do a two person multi order. I was incredibly dissatisfied. I’m extremely upset. I’m surprised by this because Kelsey the head manager is a good manager and always pushes standards.
Ok, I don’t want a receipt! Lady at the window was trying to force me to take a receipt. Really? I used Apple Pay so I wouldn’t have to make too many exchanges through the drive through with someone handling other peoples money and cards. No thanks. Other than. That I’ve always liked this location.
I’m going to come in there and show your team how to properly salt the fries. Change gloves often when preparing food and not throw sandwiches together like slop from a pig farm. I’ll do it for free so I can enjoy the classic McDonald’s experience.
The drive through was busy as usual. Special order made correct. The staff friendly and personable. Just don't understand why the fries were not hot and fresh with how busy they were.
This place is a joke. 30 minute wait. One person ahead of us inside. Ordered 2 coffees and a meal. The fries were undercooked and not salted, and the coffees came out as medi instead of the large, then had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct size coffee. Won't be back.
Wrong sauces for my chicken nuggets. Wrong toppings for my burger. French fries are cold and stale (how do you do this during on a lunch rush?). Had to ask for my drink.
