This is probably the best taco spot in Richland. It does cost you $3.50 a piece for the mas taco version, which comes with grilled onions, pepper, lime, and avocado. It is also larger than your average taco, which costs $2.50 just about every where else that has decent tacos in the Tri-cities. The tortillas are fried in a bit of oil and slightly crispy, which is the way to go.To me, the asada meat was lacking in seasoning. Places in Pasco (like Lara’s Tacos near 28th and Sylvester St) do the meat with a bit more seasoning or marinade. It was fine with the salsa, and there was plenty of that. I think the flavor may be fine for some who prefer low sodium, but I am used to more seasoning on food I grew up on.The carnitas do not taste like traditional carnitas. It seems like the right cut, but the texture or flavor was different. I’m thinking it is probably the right type of meat but just prepared in a different way. I don’t recommend this type of meat from here, if you expect a traditional carnitas type of flavor. It’s not bad tasting, but the seasoning is not there.
Good food, nice service, excellent portion size, beans have a hint of smoked pork flavor and rice slightly flowery, mas quesadilla was big, I like it comes with avocado slices and sour cream, I am a weirdo that can't enjoy cilantro, tastes like soap to me, so had to pick it out of my quesadilla, 100% on me though forgot to say no cilantro.
Phenomenal food! Thank you so much Mas Taco!! I got the mini Veggie Tacos which were delicious, loved them! My hubby got the Steak Fajita Burrito which was enormous and absolutely amazing!! Definitely will be back and spreading the word that this is THE taco truck to go to. ??
Very good tacos. I'll be back. Thanks.
I like that they add beans to the tortas.
We got 2 large mas tacos birria & 2 large mas tacos adobada ( red pork). They came with grilled onions, avocado, onions, cilantro. These were filled with meat, served hot & fresh. The orangish/ red sauce was very flavorful & perfectly spicy. We could barely finish them. They were definetely worth the stop to get a bite to eat in Uptown Richland.
Excellent. had a mas burrito with steak, and a pork burrito. Large servings; ate about half and saved the rest for later today.
Always has a good amount of food and is cooked perfectly. Great customer service and the best quesadillas
Tonight. 10/05/2021 6:00pmI got 5 mini asada.Wife asked for 2 “mas” sized.Lots of meat on the big ones.Unfortunately when we got home we discovered it was not asada. It was Tongue. No doubt. My wife and I got our order home. sat down to share some food. We bit into one She said you know this is awfully soft. My wife was looking at the meat and there was some unsightly pieces there. So we threw it away.Because the meat had tastebuds on it!No thanks.Ditched those. So the Little ones were greasy. Like the bottom of the shells were very greasy. Not crisp. Not toasty. Not warm. Greasy.David was working. That’s what he said his name was.I’m sorry to say but I don’t really give places second chances very often.
Food is very tasty! :) delicious food truck that is worth trying
