Used to love coming here until they got all new employees. My americano has tasted like sprite the past two Saturdays as if they put sprite instead of water in it. Also am always charged a different amount even though we always get the same two drinks every time. Last time I paid $16 for an americano and extinguisher and today I paid $12. Also the girls who work there now are very rude. Not that this is important but I gave them my stamp card which only had one space left and she didn’t even stamp it. Won’t be returning.
I hate to be like this but.... they have made my drink wrong so many times. They also charge different amounts everytime for the same drink and the service has gotten way worse over the last 4 months. I would love to talk to the manager/owner but they don't answer the phone and the voice-mail is not set up. Kind of a bummer because I started going there because of the coffee and great service.
Ordered an iced mocha breve, first one tasted like milk. Had it remade and drove away without tasting (my mistake) get to work and it has caramel and a white powder in the bottom of the cup…neither of those are ingredients in what I ordered.I go back ask for a refund (politely) and the guy who made the drink was guessing that he refunded it properly but couldn’t confirm. He offered to make me another to make things right and when he did I asked what ingredients he put in. He said white chocolate powder….anyways.I won’t be coming back.

The last four times I’ve gone here, they have messed up something on my order. I just went there today to get a caramel frappe and a jalapeño blazin’ bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon. The caramel frappe was basically vanilla creamer and the bagel was just cream cheese on it. I repeated my order twice and was charged for bacon but nothing was correct. I used to come to this place often and even my favorite barista works there but I most likely will not be back because of the customer service and them messing up my orders.
Absolutely delicious! My grandma like it too. Should definitely try the 1st Alarm Mojito energy.
This place no longer follows COVID protocols. My past three visits, no employees were wearing masks which I can look past sometimes, but today I watched an employee lick her finger today and then seconds later she was serving another customer. There's no way she washed her hands in that short amount of time, she was not wearing gloves and had she been wearing a mask she would not have been able to lick her finger so easily. I'm so grossed out and disgusted, I'll probably never come back regardless of the pandemic.

I absolutely love this place, every visit is always so welcoming and our drinks are the BEST! Love the folks who work here, always friendly and make coming back worth it.
Best coffee in the TRI hands down. Where I work I have several options available but none like this. LFC is always on point and I love supporting local businesses.The pizza is good but don't get me started on the breakfast sandwiches - WoW!!The best part is you always get amazing service and a product worth the amount you pay for.
