I took my sweetheart out for a micro-date consisting of a restaurant and surprise treat to Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Krispy Kreme is a excellent doughnut maker. Most people drive through but today we dined in. The best selection is before 10am and we found two delicious apple fritters at 2pm. They had a pretty good assortment but we were not deterred from our mission and saved the day. I would have given 5 stars except prices are, well out of their control. As we walked in we passed large windows where we could see the doughnut assembly line. Amazing system Krispy Kreme shows their customers. The service is first come first served. The restaurant was clean. So forget about keto for a hot moment and have some fun with your peeps at America's best doughnuts.
I am sad that these doughnuts have changed for the worse. Smaller and seems like I got day old doughnuts. I paid almost $10.00 for just 6 doughnuts. Won’t do that again. I remember trying a Krispy Kreme for the first time in Isaquaw Wa. It was heaven. So they came to the Tricities Wa. What a big disappointment. Smaller, barely any icing and just taste different the one thing that really did it for me was their apple fritters taste just like the blueberry fritters. Probably cooking in same oil. I love doughnuts and was disappointed almost to heart break. Sorry sounds dramatic and there is more important things in this world right now. ??♀️??♀️ Signed doughnut Lover
Quality has tanked. Ordered a few maple bars (they were small weird shapes and a coffee which was cold. This was literally early in the morning as well, no excuses.. Sigh
Unfriendly and poor customer service.
Their original donut is still just milk in your mouth delicious. I also like the one that has the sour cream batter that one is awesome as well! I would say the coffee is not my favorite and they could use a little help in that department but dang they got some good donuts
I rarely get donuts but we went here while black Friday shopping and it was pretty good and I would go again for those fresh donuts lol
My kids got a gift card to Krispy Kreme for Christmas, so we decided to treat them this morning.... As an ex Krispy Kreme employee, I'm disappointed. We arrived right when they opened and received COLD doughnuts. It was very obvious they sat in a refrigerator with how hard and cold they were. I don't think we are going to use to rest of their gift card after this experience.
Came here to pick up my order that I placed last night called the phone number to speak with someone and got sent to voicemail every time tried going into the lobby where on voicemail states that the lobby is open at 6 am on Friday’s, it’s not doors were locked. It states no where that there lobby is closed! My pickup time was @ 7:45 i got here around 7:55 debated if I wanted to wait in such a long line I kept trying to call while I waited got into line and still waited multiple cars pulled up walked to the door realized it was locked proceeded to leave and people that were in front of me in car waiting left. Left a voicemail as well.
It's Krispy Kremes do I even have to say anything else??? The only complaint I would have is they sell out of their specialty donuts early, but I mean they are delish
Joey was so amazingly friendly! And the donuts were so DELICIOUS!! I definitely will be back!!!
