Staff was very nice. The manager was not. Went through the drive through and then waited in the parking lot for 20min to a half hour. That is a long time to wait with hungry kids. Didn’t ask for anything special but had 5 + other customers come and go while we had been waiting. Finally I asked for a refund because our food still wants done. The manager was rude and unprofessional.Stuff happens I don’t care that we had to wait. The staff was very nice but the rude manager is why I wrote this review.
Love the chicken sandwich, but drives me nuts that they always ask us to pull out front to wait for someone to bring the food, even when there is no one in line behind us. We drive a big truck that tows our 5th wheel. What is it about a Ram 2500 that screams to you maneuverability? These spaces are tiny. Just let us wait at the window? Please. Seems like weird waste of staff time too when someone is having to walk each and every order out to a parked car. Dumb and expensive business management style.
update I don't know how anybody could fully clean their hands in this bathroom with no paper towels. It's not only filthy but there's nothing here. Been on top of it they have the cleaning supplies sitting right in the counter for the food is handed over.This is a chicken place and they are always out of chicken. The parking lot is full of people waiting for there orders. Don't bother calling the number on the sign for pickup because they won't pick up the phone until they see you driving away to their drive-thru and then they tell you you have to wait.
Placed an online order through their app. Waited an hour. Order is canceled. Live CS is unavailable, the 1800 call KFC phone number isn't in service. Local KFC knew they couldn't fulfill the order, but didn't bother to tell anyone or proactively cancel the order. They also couldn't be bothered to call and let me know, I had to call them.They were out of chicken, chicken filets, and biscuits. A simple call would have avoided all of this. Super disappointing.
How many people does it take to make a chicken sandwich with sides? Apparently 5, and it still took over 20 minutes and the sides were wrong. It was 8 pm on a Monday, so it wasn’t like there was a torrent of customers. I saw someone walk in and order a bucket of food in much less time than I spent waiting in my car. Not only that, but this was the worst piece of chicken I’ve ever had; I could only stomach one bite because it was so dry and sinewy.
This was the worst food experience we have ever had! First off the lobby was closed, had to go through the drive through, one person in front of us. They said we could order when ready, we started to order and then we’re told to wait. Our order was two dbl cheeseburgers, 3piece chicken strip, siracha cheese curds and a fry. We were told there was time on the food to park and wait in the parking lot. They brought a bag to us with only three of our items. We had to go back into the store for the remaining two items. The cheeseburger Pattie’s were black, the chicken tasted like rubber and the fries were cold. I don’t leave bad reviews but this place needs shutdown. They are a disgrace to the fast food world! I would give negative stars if I could!
Literally the worst KFC I've ever been to. Every single time I order from here there is something wrong. Last time I ordered just a cheeseburger. I was told to park out front and wait. It took almost 30 minutes and no apologies. Today my 12 piece tender meal came with no sauce. Nothing to dip in, after I asked two different times for sauces. Also, my son's drumstick was too hard and chewy for him to eat and it was dark brown.
Be sure to check your order, we didn't receive half of ours and didn't notice til we were too far away to turn around. Very disappointing. And don't plan on getting a pot pie if you don't want to wait 40min. By far the worst kfc I have ever visited. Paid $60 and only got one bucket of Chicken and mash potatoes.
Good was great, but the communication through the drive through seemed to be a joke. One girl was trying to communicate with me, and another worker kept breaking in to ask the same question. At the window he apologized, but didn't seem to take it seriously.
Usually good. Sometimes they leave the chicken im the warmer too long. The last time they did not fill the cup of the rootbeer float all the way.
