America has destroyed itself with trophy kids. No one wants to work and everyone thinks they deserve to be rich for doing nothing. Time for Jimmy Johns to go bankrupt
1st time there. The staff seemed as confused as I. Some were standing around in fact one hindered approaching the area to order. Not so sure I would go back as it seemed expensive to me.
Love their selection of cheeses and they carry good ginger beer I like. Pleasant staff, helpful.

I ordered online. I asked for extra mayonnaise and Jimmy's mustard because it was the only mustard offered besides Dijon so I figured it was the Yellow mustard. My lettuce was browning, almost no mayo and the mustard definitely was not yellow mustard. It would have been nice to have known that before getting it on my sandwich. I had called then to inform them and they said they can bring mayo and reg. mustard packets which they did and they gave me a bag full of packets lol thanks a lot! My boyfriend had just opened his sandwich after calling JJs and he too got a sandwich that was incorrect. It is rare I get to eat out and I was looking forward to a great sandwich from your store and I was extremely disappointed and couldn't even eat my sandwich, even after receiving my condiments. I don't plan on coming back at all, which I'm sure you could care less. I understand times are hard right now with the food industry being short staffed and how difficult it is to find decent employees. I run a restaurant myself, things happen, and to not redeem yourself after a bad service can ruin anyone's success.
This place is horrible especially when it comes to customer service!! My order was wrong and they won't make it right by waiving the delivery fee! The guy was horribly rude on the phone. This place deserves no stars
I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to me and it was the wrong sandwich I called immediately and told them they did not make the correct sandwich they argued with me that that’s what they had written down. Pause I am a regular customer and my order is the same every time and is in the computer. The food and service were good.
60% of the time I order, it’s wrong or missing something. But the food is really good and fast. The employees are friendly and I would give 5 stars IF my orders weren’t consistently wrong. Hopefully they can start double checking prior to leaving store
