It's a shame how much this place has gone downhill. I would continue to pay $7-$9 if it was actually all fruit and veggies, but now everything is just some juice mix and they add a scoop of frozen bananas and peaches or whatever. It's only part fruit/veg and mostly juice. So sad, I remember watching them scoop the different kinds you wanted and whirling it all up, even could add fresh wheatgrass. Now even that isn't fresh, it comes premade. I could make the same thing at home for $1. Sorry but I won't be back. Gave them 2 stars because the customer service is always great, not their fault the quality has went down the toilet. So sad though, Jamba Juice used to be fantastic but the greed of the company I'm sure is why it's changed. Cost of food is insane too so I'm sure that doesn't help.
I’ve bought the agui primo a lot this summer and even though the bowl is small it has always been full … but today after I bought the $9.98 dollar agui primo it was barley half full … what a rip off I’m so disappointed

I left my wallet/ phone case in the store! I want to say Thank you for being so honest and putting it away for me! I’d of had to replace all credit cards medical cards insurance etc!!! Great employees make a great place of business!! Thanks
When I walked in it smelled like old cleaning rags. There was 3 guys doing nothing while the one girl made both of our drinks, ridiculous. She did make them good though.
I can't think of how I'd get by day to day without a Jamba in the morning. I love this stuff and can't wait till they have one in Kennewick.
Staff is always super friendly and always seeking to suggest something new when I'm undecided lol
