Chicken sandwich was great. Fries were cold and stale when I got them so had them make me fresh ones and they were very accommodating while doing that. There soda machine in the lobby was out of ice and the sodas where flat. Had to have them get me a soda from behind the counter. Over all good was good but a lot of hassle for the prices they charge for a burger.

Food was luke-warm and soggy. We were the only people in the place, first thing we heard when we walked in was one of the employees from behind the counter yelled very loudly "gawd dam!". This cussing continued throughout our stay but got so raunchy i had to go back up to the counter and tell the employees "enough!". The "F" word was used at least 15 times. It was upsetting my girlfriend. Even though we ate in, we werent given a tray or anything, had to dump our fries out on a flattened paper bag to dip em in ketchup (which i had to go back up to counter and ask for). Employees were out of control joking and horseplaying, manager (i assumed he was) was oblivious, unresponsive and rude, poorly and shabbily dressed (as were all the employees, talking loudly over the ambient noise of the place about what a good time they had the night before), kinda tossed the bag up onto the counter, said "here". Took forever to get our food although we were the only people there. Fry machine was going off constantly and it was very noisy. Disappointed because usually JIB is very good, but we left shaking our heads. Threw half of the food away. We'll never eat at this JIB again, or maybe any of them. Shame.

Showed up at 9:30PM with three of my kids for a late, late dinner. Lights were on and staff was visible. As we approached the door they shut off the lights and waved us to the drive thru. The hours on the door stated they were open until 10PM. No other notes or signs were posted. We left and went to Denny's.

This place is grumpy. They sound annoyed constantly every time i go. I avoid this Jack in the box. Asking for a lettuce wrap in paper will get you into an argument because they really want to put it in a plastic bowl, they flat out tell you they cant wrap it in paper like a regular burger because its against their stores policy but yet at every other jack in the box they do it no problem.

Always a go to. #7 large, curly fries, dr.pepper, 2 packets of sour cream. Hear me out...take some curly fries, slap it on the burger (nice thick even layer), add one whole pack of the sour cream and enjoy. It tastes like a tatter tot casserole...?

fire your manager surgio! Teach your employees to do their job!

As I thought all was lost. My last 3 burger experienced had be an extreme disappoint. I was the only car there. It was ruffly 2:00 a.m. this usually mean the frys are cold and the left over burger from the last rush set dehydrating under the heat lamp. Got my order. Got home. It had been 20 minutes. I then remember the food. As I bit into that double cheddar bun Burger. A tear almost ran down my eye. It was one of the best burger I have had since. Well I can't remember. Thank you Jack. Fry where still hot. Meal was perfect.

Finding the drive thru left outhalf of my order and I was forced to miss lunch save a few shared french fies, I called and reached Melissa, who was friendly and professional. With some discussion she sidd she would comp the meal. However, when I went in to collect, the manager was Sergio. Finding that Melisa had failed to list the fries on the comp, it was determined that Sergio either lacked the competence or latitude to make managerial customer decisions. Hopefully, unknown to his management, he clearly demonstrated a customer's value is less than $2.59.Sorry Jack

Went to the drive thru and was greeted with the charming statement that the workers were PREPARING to close. They weren't closed yet mind you, but were getting ready to close. You don't prepare to close any fast-food join, you're open until that clock hits closing time. Workers are Rude as hell to boot, and they never seem to have the "milkshake machine" ready when I ask for a simple plain milkshake.
