Ceviche is so good! Love their service as well. Very friendly. The avocado was so fresh!!!
Their food and service is good. We're just disappointed that the portions had gotten a lot smaller. The price gone a bit higher which I get. We're willing to pay the price, just don't skimp on the food. It's not what it used to be.
The food quality was beyond expectations. Loved it. When in the area I will definitely go here again.
This place is amazing. I have only been here twice, but both times were delicious and the service has been great. I highly recommend.
We have loved this restaurant for 20 years! It's one of our top two Mexican restaurants in the Tri-cities. I know the pandemic meant some changes needed to be implemented and we've been mindful of that.I'm just sad that the quality/value of my favorite dish has diminished and doesn't seem to be going back to it's original standard. I've been ordering Arroz con Pollo for 35 of my 40 years of life from EVERY Mexican restaurant I go to. It's absolutely my favorite dish.Yesterday, I went to lunch with my 2 kiddos and I noticed that all of our portions were reduced in size or were bulked up with extra rice instead of the valuable ingredients. ACP has sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, celery with grilled chicken in this smokey sauce over rice with melted cheese. Lettuce, fresh tomatoes, onions and usually sliced avocado and served with either corn or flour tortillas. My dish had about half an onion sauteed, but ZERO bell peppers of any kind. Half the mushrooms it usually has. Zero avocado. Double the rice. It's also been increased to nearly $19.I'm not mad, just really disappointed. I wish cannot foresee businesses going back to the standards they had before the pandemic, because they don't have to. And that saddens me. I wouldn't mind paying more, if I was getting what that dish is supposed to be.But even the kids meals had half the fries and less chicken strips than usual.I REALLY want them to succeed and be around for generations! That's why we keep going! I just hope by saying something, the owners can evaluate how they will move forward.
Inca has been my longtime favorite for a consistent meal out. Anytime there has been an issue with my order (only 2 or so times in years) they have corrected it no questions asked and always bring your food promptly.
Love INCA. Our family regularly visits and the employees remember our names and normal orders. Always smiling and happy to see us or even when we call in a to go order they recognize the order and know who is calling.
Great sangria! Would go back just for that! I really enjoyed their variety of veggies for the fajitas.
We have been coming here less than a year now since we moved close to Inca. I love the enchilada trio dish! It has always been great! We came in around 6pm on a busy Friday night, two of us and sat down very quickly. We were helped by a few employees as they worked so well together! It really impressed us! I’m so glad we live so close to this restaurant and it’s one of our favorites here in Tri-Cities!
Great food, service and prices
