We usually love hops and drops the Kennewick location is fantastic! Richland not so great! The food was excellent the customer service not so great. Not once were we asked how our food was, once the food was delivered to the table we didn’t see her again until she brought the check to us. There was a bit of an attitude when asked for a box. A little tip for Dawn, good customer service gets you a tip!
Good food.. extremely good food honestly.My only issue lies with our waiter who was unattentaive and made some of the worst recommendations. It wasn't even busy / a weekend but he seemed more interested with his phone and the bar.If I go again it'll be take out
Shalyn was incredibly kind and friendly and was super attentive! She was amazing! Also I ordered Kyles Damn Good Sandwich with their house made potato chips and a bottomless strawberry lemonade. So good! Definitely recommend all that. The sandwich was stacked with turkey meat and the pickles and cheese balanced it so well. The strawberry lemonade was perfect, not too sweet. Definitely will have to be back sometime to try their other drinks.
Be sure to always check your takeout. In my most recent order, I ordered 1 deluxe burger, and 1 bacon burger, with 2 ranch cups. I only received 2 deluxe burgers, no bacon, and 1 ranch cup. This has happened at least 4 or 5 other times in the past and I don't order here very often. They're probably at about a 20% success rate for takeout orders, based on my experience. I don't know why this happens, every time we dine in our orders get to us just fine. I'm guessing the servers just don't care and don't check the orders.
Better than denny's, with more options for food and drink. They have amazing alchohol drinks, unique and original ones too. I recommend the "Drops." They come in a cup made of ice, with a shaker to refill.Very friendly environment. Children ARE allowed. Good kids menu. My kids were happy.I DEFINITELY recommend this place. Just be prepared to pay $15+ per meal. It's worth it though. Oh, and the fried pickles are absolutely amazing, just add salt lol
Family atmosphere with an adult bar area. Hot food with a good menu selection. Beer menu with growlers available. The only issue is some taps are not always available. Awesome service with hot, made to order food.
Great fish & chips, our server was really polite and the service was fast. They have great cocktails in frozen glasses
I’ve eaten here many times, always a good experience. Hot Chocolate is pretty awesome on a cold day.
It was amazing. Had a really good food and serving time. Sidney our server was amazing. She was fun and friendly. Will be going back because she made our experience fun.
We absolutely love coming for happy hour! Not to mention the AMAZING service we always get everytime we dine in. This is the type of place where the servers remember who you are and take great care of you. Great food, drinks, and service!
