I've been stopping here when I'm in town about every 3 weeks. I've always had great subs until today.Only 1 slice of meat & 1 slice of cheese on my sandwich....on a medium size sub? A sub should have generous portion, like you use to provide.I realize food & fuel costs are most likely impacting the decision to scale back quality,I'll try it 1 more time on my next trip through the area to see if it's changed, if not it'll be my last visit. I realize I won't "make or break" your business. I just wanted to share my experience with hopes the quality will return.
The grand open experience was night day better than my recent experience. The gal took my order incorrectly. The guy making the sandwich hardly put any of the sandwich contents in and forgot the pickle. The same sandwich at the grand opening had twice the meat. It was a pretty disappointing visit and far from the typical Firehouse Sub experience.6/20 - Anna, thank you for the reply. I appreciate it. I was just sharing my experience and not looking for any resolution. Use my feedback as an area of opportunity to train and work on. In this case, paying attention to detail. I will be back.
Delicious, my wife got a cold turkey sub and I got the toasted cheddar brisket sub. Both sandwiches were amazing and bread was light and fluffy
Took them about 20 minutes to make my sandwich, didn't realize how long it would take but at least the staff was kind and courteous.
Generally order online since I go for lunch at work. Never had any issues. Just don't go for lunch on Thursday it's swamped
Big selection of lunch entrées..Mostly sub sandwiches,though..On Saturdays it's important to call in your order & pick it up,as they're pretty busy
Awesome! Always great taste and fresh.soup and chips with a drink! selection of sandwiches is pretty good.service is always good.clean store.location is great right by a sizeable housing complex and apartments.An Rv park is close also.
Zero sense of urgency, and the look of confusion on some faces was off putting. First time there. The smoked brisket and cheddar was unfortunately underwhelming...
The food is absolutely delicious!! The service is awesome as well!
I heard good things about Firehouse, but I am not a big fan of chain restaurants. Decided to give them a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The Club on a Sub is a well constructed, tasty sub sandwich. Definitely worth a return visit!
