We've been to this place a few times and it's been okay. Not this time, it has really gone downhill. There was only one other person in the place during the lunch rush at 12:30! Should have left then! First, they've changed the menu taking off my favorite, meatballs. Next the food, two out of the three plates we ordered were terrible. The Caesar salad was so limp/dead that it was not edible and the dressing had a funny taste (we all 3 agreed). Don't order the pastrami/reuben either, it's not a pastrami, it is a Reuben. It's a very dry sandwich with dry, chopped meat. Just awful! Third and "the icing on the cake", the service sucked!! The same waitress we've had before was more rude than usual. Her really bad attitude was absolutely appalling and unacceptable. We won't be back. Next time we'll go to Graze, Sterlings or Three Eyed Fish all nearby! They all have great food and SERVICE, which is a must!

I had heard good things and they did not fail to please. The food was a nice change to average standard dining. If dining while there is a large group know acoustically, the group will dominate all dining throughout the restaurant. Overall it was wonderful with attention to detail in flavor and presentation. I will be back to try something new.

I have to say the food was amazing the atmosphere matched. I will go back and I will try and more off of that menu. The carrot cake is the grown-up version?

The menu changes seasonally, maybe twice a year. A blend of Mediterranean, central Asian, and European influences. The pizza is excellent, get as few toppings as you can bear. I recommend roasted garlic.

Very nice atmosphere and employees. We were seated near the back door to the outdoor seating and it was cold. The food was good but I wasn’t too impressed with the chicken Alfredo. My daughter ordered it and the taste was bland and the chicken was a whole piece of chicken. Dessert was good, we had the chocolate mouse cake

We were told it was a 25 minute wait, but it turned into a 45 minutes wait. When we were seated, we were only given the limited dinner menu. Once we got the lunch and pizza menu, things started to shift for the better. The food portions were larger than normal 'posh' food restaurants. The flavors seem to point to homemade everything. (Although, the Caesar dressing had too much lemon juice and not enough egg yolk for the richness.) The entrees were sized well. The burger, bun and all, were definitely homemade. Delicious, but irregularly sized. The pizzas were delicious, though the crust wasn't puffy and chewy on the top. The bottom was perfectly spotted and and crispy. The desserts (chocolate cake and carrot cake) were dense, decadent, and delicious. Pricing was more than diner, but not as expensive as a steak place or other similarly pretentious places. I'll definitely go back, but only to try lunch and only with two (instead of four) people.

Ordered the french dip sandwich w/side salad and ranch. Ranch dressing tasted like shrimp/seafood. Size of the sandwich was small. Took forever to get our order placed. Got the feeling we were not getting service because we were not buying drinks.

While the service and wine was great, the dinner was poorly done and very expensive. We picked Fat Olives as we have had great meals there before. This, was not great. The price fixed meal consisted of a salad, choice of 3 entres and choice of 2 desserts. Three course meal for $89. The salad was fine but the entres, duck, Beef Wellington, were overcooked and small. The desserts were not good. The 6 of us were all disappointed. My wife thought it was $89 per couple…but “No”.

My wife and I had dinner there a few weeks ago. She ordered a steak and it was absolutely delicious! She went back with a girl friend of hers and ordered the exact same thing and talked her friend into ordering it as well. She said it was not even close to what she had the first time. We will go back and try it again, maybe different cook. Love the atmosphere and service

Food was good other than the fish being a little dry. Everything else was delicious, very cozy and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely go back.
