I had the Spicey Korean Taco (third picture) and was missing the basic ingredient of a tortilla...but I guess tortillas are synonymous to lettuce wraps?♀️ I had a slice of my friends pizza (first pic) and their actual taco (second) but I wasn't as impressed as they were. Though, the experience of a different restaurant was nice.
We ate dinner here this evening with friends. Both of us had trouble finding the restaurant because there is no signage. We were finally able to get close enough to see the address. We were greeted right away and seated quickly. We were served drinks very quickly by friendly waitstaff. Our friends ordered the Watermelon salad so that we all could try it. The watermelon was overripe, mushy and tasteless. My husband ordered the Coconut Curry which he said was excellent. I had the House Meatballs and the Grilled Bread with mushrooms. The meatballs and sauce were outstanding although a bit of pasta to go with it would have been good. The grilled bread and mushrooms is served with a lot of broth and my bread was mushy before I took my first bite and I did not care for the mushrooms as they seemed a bit undercooked. Our friends ordered a pizza and they were satisfied with it. Both of us ordered dessert. The Chocolate Cake and the Blackberry Sorbet. Both were excellent and we were happy with the Vegan options on the regular menu and dessert menu. The staff was wonderful. We never had to ask for refills for our drinks and all of them had smiles on their faces and were so nice!!
The culinary highlight of our trip to Tri-Cities. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed great cocktails, friendly service, and delicious food. The pita was huge and fluffy, both with the lamb and the hummus. Highly recommended!
One of the best places to eat in Richland, if not the best. The only complaint is that they took my wife's favorite African Peanut Curry off the menu (the chickpea curry that replaced it is great, too, though!) The staff are superb, the owners delightful, and the menu inventive and thoughtful without being at all pretentious.
Dovetail is a delight. Fabulous and tasty food, craft cocktails and a decent wine list, and wonderful service. We usually sit at the bar where we can watch the cocktail creations being made and chat with one of the stellar bartenders. But the food is the standout. The flavors are complex and if it says "spicy," it is, but not to the point of discomfort. We find that getting a few "small plates" (I would equate to tapas), which are reasonably priced, provides a satisfying meal and fun experience.
Wonderful lunch with a variety of food not usually found in East Oregon. I enjoyed the Mediterranean and vegetarian choices. We both enjoyed the kombucha. Wait staff was very nice. I would definitely go back
This is one of my go to Richland date night restaurants. The food is always impeccable, the restaurant is clean, and the servers friendly and attentive. I love the changing seasonal menu that consistently has an interesting variety of things to try (with fantastic options for vegetarians and vegans as well). Literally everything I've eaten here so far, whether appetizers, entree, salad, dessert, or cocktail has been delicious and visually appealing (you eat with your eyes first!). I'd definitely recommend reservations on weekend evenings since it can get pretty busy. My favorite items that I personally recommend include the arincini, hummus/pita/zhug, falafel on pita, and the mushroom taco (try it, it is incredible!)
We had an impromptu birthday celebration here, server was most excellent! Food was great! Will definitely be back.
We had an incredible dinner here tonight !!! Maren at the bar was amazing-she was so sweet & our drinks were incredible!! Everything was delicious& the atmosphere was awesome. All staff was friendly, helpful & fast. I would recommend a reservation (at least on weekends) because this place filled up fast! 10/10 & we will be back :)
Amazing place with vegan options! Upscale casual dining in the Tri-Cities that would fit right in in Seattle (and would thrive, people would love it, I would go all the time.)I was skeptical about finding any vegan options let alone delicious ones in the Tri-Cities, and Dovetail blew me away. From the mocktail made with Seedlip to the head of cauliflower on garlic sauce to the flavor-packed curry to the incredible staff and relaxed upscale vibe, it was amazing! We loved it and will definitely come back when we're in the area.I was really excited to try the African peanut curry I'd seen on yelp, but that was not the curry they currently have. But don't worry, it's that "coconut chickpea curry" and it is also incredibly tasty.
