They have the best pizza. I love how You can build your own pizza. It’s always perfectly hot when I come pick it up.
Always great, but y’all need to learn to cut the pizza. Every time it’s just lines, we have to cut it at home every time, won’t even rip apart
I’m usually not one to complain about food, but when I see an employee flipping pizza dough with his bare hands and a wrist watch on, it grosses me out. On top of that, when we spoke to the manager of four years, she told us that she has worked there for four years and has never had a complaint about how they make the food. Well that’s because people don’t see the person rubbing a watch, which we all know doesn’t get washed when his hands do, all over the dough. It’s just unsanitary and gross.
I'll give them the benefit of rounding 3.5 stars up to 4 because I've been here a few times and overall don't have any complaints - but am also not WOWed either. The drive up window is super convenient and employees are generally friendly. They make some of the better thin crust of the big pizza chains. I tried the brooklyn style for the first time this visit, and for simply taking a hand tossed crust and making it thinner, Ididn't feel like it was good value for a $17 pie. Domino's is OK for a change of pace every once in a while, but not something which generates a craving.
Their app was not working. Called the store multiple times to order over the phone and notify the store and no answer. Decided if I was going to get pizza from them I had to drive in. Asked if I could get the delivery fee waived (I live a mile away) for the inconvenience. They said no. Had to drive around to find a parking spot and the parking lot of pretty packed. The guy told me initially 15 mins. Came to the window and it was another 10 mins. Had to drive around again to find a spot to park. Sad a good customer couldn't waive a delivery fee to drive 1 mile (probably less) so instead I waited longer than estimated as I drive around finding parking spots!
Made a $50 order and accidentally put in the wrong address. They remade it for FREE and delivered it to my correct address. 100% my fault and they compensated me for it. Also the guy on the phone was super nice. Would give 6 Stars if I could.
Its been over an hour since I ordered and I've had to call back multiple times, now to get no answer. Pies still haven't gotten here yet.
Pizza arrived hot and delicious! Domino's has really upped their game on their Pizza. Received pizza exactly as ordered and fast delivery. Awesome job!! ???
Good food, great service
You have got to ask them to put the garlic sauce that goes on the crust, on the entire pizza. They do it for free and it totally gourmet's the pizza. So good!!! But you have to ask in person or call and ask. This is the best pizza joint around, given the quality and the price!
