The restaurant was very clean. Food was cold and the Mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting all day. There was free ice cream which was a plus.
Staff very friendly, Restaurant very clean ?, This review is all about the food, Taste 2 of 5, portions 0 out 5, $19.00+tax for the Western Sandwich ? with to very small sides, Food was room temp, had Bake beans, they where hard and cold, Cesar salad was good ? for a one bit side, sad, will never return, Go to Swumpys BBQ food truck across from Zips by the Cable Bridge, better prices way better food, But Warning ⚠️ They sale out in 15 minutes sometimes....get there early ? Update thank for responding to me in a email ? kind of way, But unless you change the over price menu, or you change the redickeless small portions, you can not help me lol, Nice Try....lol. Fyi Folks they respond the same message for every complaint it's a computer respond and it's the same for everyone that complains to them, Trust me save your money....
Placed an order through Doordash, the store didn't have an item I ordered but they were very quick to call and get me lined up with another item in its place. They were very helpful and professional.
Great BBQ!! They smoke it in house so it is fresh for the day. Would defintely recommend 10/10

I have been in the Dickies Queensgate location) a total of five times in the last two months. Only once did they have any big bakers (my favorite). So, four times I have walked out of there without an order.Maybe, they should reconsider the number of bakers they prepare.
The half pound meats are my favorite and a heck of a value deal the price of a half pound of pulled pork here I think is still less than what famous daves charges for just a sandwich. Not sure if they still have bbq sauce already heated up they would let me pile up on this stuff for my to go orders not sure if they still let you do this, it's been years since I've had the chance to come to one of these restaurants. My gripe though is the kennewick location sometimes used to leave way to much inedible fat in the sandwiches or half pound meats and once a friend of mine cracked a tooth on a piece of bone in a sandwich from the kennewick restaurant
Ordered on Uber eats, order was wrong things were missing from the order and management was rude when we called. They said we could contact Uber for a refund even though they were the ones who made the mistake. Won't order for takeout again
The All girl team here is getting a 5 star because of how they handled an innocent mistake. I had a larger order and when I got home I was short 1. I called and they tried to not only correct the mistake but without prompting offered a free dessert. I declined as we have a peanut in our home. So they offered free drinks. They were determined to try to gift us something to make up for an innocent mistake. I declined, so instead they asked how long is my drive. When I arrived they had the food freshly made and ready.These women handled an innocent mistake with such an eagerness to fix it I almost wonder if other customer yelled at them, lol. I didn't yell or anything but they went above and beyond to make it right.Ladies your boss I hope appreciates you!
