THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD THERE!!!Took over 15 min for anyone to even look our way then finally ordered drinks appetizers and food at once because it took so long. Appetizer comes still no drinks. Then drinks then food! Manager delivered appetizer an we ask why it's taking so long for them to come over an talk to us after being seated then why it's taken so long for drinks? 4 tables 2 servers and a manager can't take care of less than 12 people? Our food was done in a timely fashion seems BOH had it to together. Whats the deal with the FOH?Our ordered were not right an all they tooknoff was $13. Management definitely slacked on taken care of people.We watched an elderly couple leave after their coffee because it was taken so long.I'm do this job daily too usually on my own,there was no way it should have taken that long!
Always the go to place for late night or early morning food and coffee. Wouldn't say the service is amazing, but they are consistent and always get your order right. It's also Denny's so expect to have greasy food. They have some good lighter dishes if you are looking for something a bit easier on the stomach, so still good even if you are trying to be a bit more healthy. Seldom have had any issues with orders.
Initially there was a problem with our delivery and I went to the wrong source to question it, but the head gal called me the next day first thing and made it right and more so. My family loves Dennys, but this one mishap won’t stop us from going again. Thank you so much to the head gal here that resolved our issue! We appreciate you!
It's Denny's lol. If you've eaten at any side of the road 24hr diner, well, you've eaten at a dennysesque joint.. I'm not bashing them or anything, because if you remember we've all been teenagers and 20+ something year olds at one point and went there after drinking all night with your friends and need an after party sober up meal at 2:30-4:00am. Service is exceptional, and the food was, again well, food. Not excellent but Denny's, so it hit the spot!
Dennys has some really good food these days. They’ve kind of revamped the menu and done a lot of renovation inside the business. The menu is solid and there is always something that sounds good that is well priced for you to pick up. And the food is so tasty!! Had Mama D’s pot roast bowl and it was just amazing. Huge cooked carrots and beautifully seasoned and cooked pot roast; all for under 15$. Very good deal. Dennys is back on the block. Go take a look and taste, you won’t be disappointed.
Not worth the price you pay. The bacon was the already cooked CHEAP bacon, the eggs tasted like cheap liquid egg, the sausage was still cold and even the toast was bad! The service was friendly but for that same price I could've just drove down to Sterlings for a WAY better experience. Learned my lesson, and ended up paying the price and had stomach aches the rest of the day!
Very clean and friendly staff. Food was hot and arrived in a timely fashion. Definitely one of the better Denny's ive been to.
I rarely have the opportunity to dine in anywhere so when I take the time to do so I'm most overjoyed when the fiids not awful and the service is more than adequate, I consider than money well spent, a tip worth the amount, and and evening out successfully executed...So it you have the chance the Richland Denny's. It's worth it.
I mean it's Dennys it's pretty good. Never really had a bad experience there. It was annoying that the server didn't ask if we wanted straws. I know the new law says they can't just put them at the table. But they could ask. Other than that it was great.
When arriving the host stalled to sit us at our table and when giving our menus they where incomplete and tossed at the table no only did we receive the worst customer service but clearly the waitress was no happy to be there her attitude reflected when tossing the straws after getting our drinks even after us claiming our missing drinks waitress returned with an attitude while tolling her eyes… i have been to many restaurants but this was poor customer service
