new burgers are not good.... only this time fries were not good... service was friendly .... but I can't do the new burgers ... so bad
Staff seems like they hate their job and have no pep in their step. Had super long wait, with most UberEATS order the order is ready upon arrival, but not this location.
Nice Dairy queen. The staff are all friendly and that says something being this location is always busy in the evenings.
I'm sorry to say, compared to many other DQ locations that I've visited all over the country, the two locations in the Tri Cities suffer. Poor customer service, food also not up to par. I've visited now on 3 occasions to see if it was just a bad day, and nope. Sorry and I love DQ.
Every time I come here it’s at least a 15-20 minute wait. Sure does take the way fast food out of the equation.
As a previous crew member at this Dairy Queen if you plan on working here, don't. The management is a joke and will not hesitate to cut your hours or take advantage of any extra work you are willing to do. The restaurant behind the counter is disgusting and is never properly cleaned, part of the reason why they barely pass their health inspections each time they come around. Minimum wage to be thrown into huge rushes with little to no experience and managers you can't rely on for help. The shift leads are lazy and lack any sort of motivation to do their job. I highly recommend working litterally anywhere else.
Always a great place for Ice Cream treat's. Sometimes you have to wait in the drive thru line, it's worth it

The Chicken strips are really good and of course the Fries. The ice cream is pretty spendy, so we passed on that.
