Wish i could give it a 0.I work at the gage location, and this location is by far the most disgusting, and disappointing.I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with buffalo sauce & ranch. And a banana split on the side. My chicken was tiny & what seemed to be scraps. I didn’t even get the buffalo sauce, and the ranch was expired and CHUNKY. When i went back through the drive-thru to ask for a different ranch, i was again handed a chunky and expired ranch.When i spoke with the manager she didn’t seem to care.My banana split was awful. Poorly made, Ice-cream tasted dirty.I will never eat at this location again & highly recommend you don’t either.
This is a Terrible restaurant. The employees were rude, unprofessional, completely disconnected from their jobs, and I am pretty sure some of them were under the influence. I ordered Chicken Strips and Fries with side of Gravy and a Blizzard... They some how perfectly managed to serve the Hot Food Cold and The Cold food Warm.. I would have taken the opportunity to ask for a refund or replacement food, but the Female Clerk with the Glasses seemed to immediately forget that I had ordered (Hence the under the Influence comment) I shall not be eating at this establishment ever again and i shall be instructing my friends, family and co-workers to avoid this place like the plague. I will also be contacting DQ Corporate office to ensure that this location is looked into.
My family and i will never go back to this DQ!!!! Waited for over 20 minutes outside for our food in the park spot. Then to finally go inside to be made to wait another 5 or longer mins for someone to actually help. Between standing around messing around or just not caring…. Our food was never even made!!!!!Then we finally get our food made (i was completely nice up to this point. I have worked in the food world. Retail, costumer service) this girl…. Was BEYOND RUDE to us as if we were being an inconvenience to them!!!!!This is not the first time but this will be the last!!! DONE! Awful service!!!!! Multiple times from this site! I realize they are mostly kids but still can be some what kind!!!!!
(Disclosure: I used to work here) This place is a great place to get a quick bite or go on your lunch break. The service is pretty fast, the staff is friendly, and the whole place is clean and has a good vibe to it. They do occasionally make mistakes on orders, but they're more than happy to fix them at no additional cost.
This restaurant is by far the most dysfunctional in the entire Tri-Cities. This includes the establishments that have regular fights nightly. I guess i should explain. On two occasions i was picking up food orders, set to pick up at the restaurant. I arrived as the app recommended and informed the staff i was there to pick up my order.. Not only was my food not ready to go.. (After 15 minutes after the recommended pick up time.) but I could see portions of my order sitting under the heat lamps (They were two orders of Chicken strips and Fries with a side of gravy)...I understand businesses can get rushed and have to "backburner" some orders in order to expedite others. But when an order can be completed... by simply putting the food... into a bag.... and then handed to me ( or even set on the counter) and the staff instead would rather... gossip... play pranks... harass other employees... The worst of the bunch I think is the individual that I have deemed "Glasses Ponytail." She would be the one to not only simultaneously know about my order. but then continuingly ask what is missing.. I would answer " my food" GP would then go and ask about the food to the cooks/Ice cream makers.. and then get sided tracked and then start the cycle all over again. Eventually somehow thru the power of sheer will.. the food would then get into the bag.. but again GP would grab the bag.... and then just need to turn around and hand me the bag.. instead... gets distracted.. puts the bag back under the lamp and then goes elsewhere.And here is the kicker.. I said twice.. So not only did this Unprofessional behavior happen once... but it seems to be a Trend at this DQ Both Times GP was the Culprit. I will say the first time was worse. because During that event.. GP did the same as listed above.. but the unique act this time was.. She logged into the Cash Register.. Ordered some food.. paid for it.. Went to the kitchen.. Grabbed the food she ordered.. And then put HER FOOD into a bag, while mine sat under the lights STILL.. and then proceeded to log out and then leave for the day..Both occasions I have bit the bullet and just took the monetary LOSS due to the fact even when asking the employee about my food, i was never any closer to getting anything. So I guess in summary.. I just paid DQ $24.86.... To never eat there again.. FOR SHAME....
Dairy Queen. What's not to love. Really good cheeseburger, fries, and fish sandwich. The $6 Meal Deal is unbeatable, which includes a small (hot fudge) sundae we've all loved for decades. Service exceptional.
Best fast food in town. The crew here is doing great work i hope they're being paid decent bc they deserve it!

I love this dairy Queen because they're efficient they're fast they're friendly the place is probably one of the cleanest in the Tri-Cities. They also make some of the best blizzards.
Paid for lettuce it was so soggy and the amount of pickles and mayonnaise is disgusting. Paid for honey mustard didn’t get it and the lay off the pickle so gross
