Well, a very unfortunate and extremely disappointing experience at one of our favorite places, Casa Mia, Richland. They've gotten extremely expensive, although not the worst of the experience. Plastic in two of our entrees. Response was disappointing at best. Sad to say we won't be back to this one again- after going there for years.
Alright. It was a solid okay. I mean we got enough food, the dishes we had were edible. We ordered the artichoke fondue thing and asked if it was supposed to look like it did, and they said yes. I think it was separated and looked unappetizing. So, we will cross it off the list as not our favorite. The shrimp on the alfredo were little baby salad shrimp, which seems misleading. The manicotti was equal to a frozen one cooked with extra cheese in the oven. The calzone had a LOT of grease but my 18 yr old at half of it, the veal dish was ok, too many mushrooms and average spaghetti. I wanted it to be much better. The server was not absent and delivered things hot and as requested.
The worst food ever, pasta was cold, lasagna had no taste and was cold. Server was going to bring more bread, she never got around to it. Drinks were flat and warm.$140 for the worse food I've had in a long time. Save your money eat at home.
Very bad. When you click on the menu specifically for Richland, WA it shows a happy hour, and pricing. However, this is not honored. The waitress stated the website is for the whole state. I showed her, it was very location specific. She said she would not honor the pricing. This is deceiving.
Great food. Would be nice if they would use a delivery service OR accept payment over the phone so people could just snag their food and go. Unfortunate that they don't get my business tonight due to not accepting payment over the phone.
The artichoke ricotta flat bread is a must for all 1st timers! And the apple crostata was an excellent choice of desert.
The food here is great on Friday nights and Weekends, but seriously it seems it takes that long for the sauce to taste right. Never stop here for a lunch on Monday, the Alfredo tastes like milk and nutmeg.
Great selection and the food is perfect. I always order way more food than planned because everything on the menu sounds so good. Highly recommend. Definitely one of our favorite food places.
I'm unsure if our server was handling the entire restaurant or had help. Either way, service was extremely slow. She would ask what we want... We'd tell her and she would leave the table. More than ten minutes would go by and she wouldn't return. When she did, she'd either ask the same question again or only bring a portion of what we requested.I had veal. Yes I know what it is. (I don't order it often.) Normally it is pounded really thin and extremely tinder. Mine was neither. It also had far too many mushrooms... and I love them.I was disappointed in both the meal and the service.
I love this place, they're red sauce to me is the best in town. I am a total lasagna guy and this one takes it for me I love it not quite as much as my mom's but come on who's lasagna comes close to Mom's! Servers are nice always very clean in there and orderly love this place
