So we ordered the new melts I got the bacon one with lettuce tomato in a meal the sandwich had regular onions not the sautéed ones it said it had one super small piece of lettuce same with the tomato bun wasn’t toasted and no bacon my wife’s wasn’t toasted neither and got regular onions instead of the sautéed ones and her drink was wrong too
The only Burger King I will go to in the Tri-Cities. They have always been friendly to me and have always got my order right. Things you think would be a priority to any food business, but seems to be sadly lacking at other places.
Yea just wanna say , one of the workers there, that works in the morning shift was rude ,because I was not computer savvy on how to read her the coupon that she wanted I asked for her assistance, of how to do it but she’s like “don’t you know how to use your phone” I can tell she hates her job but why does she have to take her hate out on other people that’s not fair :( , If you wanna see good service when it comes to your food go to Taco Bell!! the people there are a lot more friendlier and nicer and understanding and willing to help with you and how to use coupons off your phone.
This was one off my worst experiences ever by a fast food restaurants they completely destroyed our order. I order the Italian chicken sandwich it came on a whopper bun and or cheese burger had mold on it
The place is good and all but this mask thing is getting out of hand i got asked to wear a mask..... So I assume I'm suppose to wear a mask while i eat? No thanks. I left.

Fries were cold and drink machine was not working properly.
I went through the drive thru at 7:30 asked for 50 nuggets and 3 lg fries fresh. I was asked to park in the front of the store. A car pulled in right beside me after i parked. I waited till 7:41 to go into the store to ask my food was. The ppl that pulled in next to us I saw get their lg order bagged and 2 bags in the warmer. The lady asked how she can help I gave her my sales ticket and she looked at the 2 bags gave them to me. I asked if they were fresh she said yes I asked how long they were sitting there. other lady said she didnt know. I left tried a fry it was bad not even warm to touch went back inside. I saw they put fresh fries in the bin i asked for them these are bad, the lady just gave me the fires I didnt hear was she said under her mask I left mad....Time leaving 7:45

The order was placed at 7:30pm I went in at 7:41 saw 2 bags in the warmer, I watched the lady bag the large order of the ppl that went in after us and leave she asked if she can help me. I asked where my order is. She looked then gave me the 2 bags in the warmer i asked if it was fresh it was sitting there. She said yea i went outside and tried a fry. Not even warm to the touch I went back inside just as they threw more fires in the bin. I said these are not even warm i want some of those fires she just gives ne the fries. I cant hear what she said under her mask, time I walked back to my car was 7:45 15 min after the first order....
