I told myself I'd never go back after getting a Whopper Junior that it tasted like it came right out of the refrigerator. It was out of their typical busy time (lunch) but that's no excuse. I complained but ALL I got was.. sorry about that. They couldn't have cared less. So, I stopped in again on Monday. Same thing... COLD burger. It was disgusting. That was my last stop! Go to McDonald's or Wendy's. At least their food is hot.
They always give me a Bacon Cheeseburger when I order the Big King XL. I've called them SEVERAL times about the mistake and they simply don't care. smh
Don't get me wrong I like bk but no wonder you're sourdough doesn't hang around it's not even toasted really... that's to bad I love sourdough I had high hopes.
The food was ok service was slow.
Don't order from this Burger King. They mess up on your meal by forgetting to put a full meal that is paid for in your bag. Then when you call them to take care of the problem, they tell you they didn't mess up and that it's your problem and not theirs. Don't make the same mistake that I did and order from them. Drive to the queensgate location instead. Worth it to take the extra drive to get what you paid for. Plus they wouldn't even give me a refund for the order either.
Every Sunday there is a kid that works here that refuses to wear gloves. Heck no one in the front counter uses them. I saw this guy grab a fry with his bare hands and put it on someone's order.
@yo dude front counter doesnt need to wear gloves from what i know and everyone is required to wash hands every 30 or so mins
Good options, chicken, fries, coffee, etc. Home of the whopper, which is pretty good for a fast food hamburger.
By far one of the worst meal I've had in a long time. The fries were grease sogged. All of are food was 70° Had to through it out. Im starving. Don't want to get sick.
Love the Bacon Garlic Cheeseburger...they should KEEP IT ON THE MENU.....
