I've been to Geno's in Philly and had their famous Cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't try Pat's. Geno's was all about the experience, the Cheesesteak, forgettable.Bruschi's "Wow"! This is how I like my cheeseteak! $12.25 for a foot long hoagy full of flavor, shaved steak, American cheese, onion, and bellpepper that melted in my mouth. I was full on the first half but could not resist the second. Great sandwich that I will crave until I have it again!I also had their cheeseburger. It was $6.49 and large. Looked and tasted fresh but fell short to the great ones. Good at best. Stick with the Cheesesteak!!
I am just beyond word. When you go to a restaurant and tell the person in the drive thru they forgot your son's fry for his kids meal and his extra cookie we paid for and the girl just closes the window on you.... I don't believe I will EVER be bring my business back to this company.
Store on Jadwin I will not ever go again! Got home opened sandwich and all the veggies spilled out! Took it back and 3 employees just looked at me and started ? ng silently. Finally said "guess I can make you another one". Really? Guess!? They may not have been laughing at me, but I felt they were. No one said 'sorry', let alone offering me a discount next time I come in. No way to keep your customers!
Great service and the Veggie Burger had great flavor. Good environment. I will come back for sure!
I love bruchi's, the food is good. Most importantly, the service is great. I've never had a rude employee there. They are always so nice, and they smile. It's very important!
I ordered a 12 in Turkey and provolone cold sub and it was covered in pepper. I threw it out because of how terrible it was.
Delicious! Great sandwich & staff was friendly. 1 star off because price was so high ($16 for 1 sub with no substitutions or add ons) but that may not be fair of me when it's like that everywhere right now.
Ordered a cheesesteak supreme, which should include mushrooms, onions Peppers. As usual they didn’t include any mushrooms. Called to ask about it, and they assured me they put mushrooms in it. Told me to bring it back, and if they were wrong they would make me a new sandwich. As if I could just extend my lunch break another 20 minutes, to bring it back. A simple apology would have worked.. all the employees, including the manager were not wearing masks or changing the food prep gloves as they changed tasks was another red flag! Look at the picture and tell me there are mushrooms in it!!
