Open late!Very convenient spot for some of the best drinks in town. I recommend the horchata rocket, one of roasters original drink & was carried over to black rock.I was impressed by their friendly staff, high energy lifted me even before I took my first sip of coffee. They gave my daughter some candy after asking for my permission so the little one is happy as well.
I normally like this place, but I found not one but two small bugs in my drink. Not sure what happened but I'm very grossed out.Edit April 7 (6 months after op): found another bug in my drink! Every time I come I get some buggy juice
I was very dissatisfied with the service today.The lady was rude. We ordered our drinks and we had to reexplain to the lady 3 times what exactly we said then when we got our drinks they were all missing whip cream and as each drink was handed to us we had to ask to take it back and add the whip cream, and then one of our drinks was the wrong size. We didn’t get straws. And they weren’t even busy. Too much trouble just to get coffee.
If you want bump in’ hip hop music thumpin’ at a high decibel level at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning this is your place. Music for the young staff. Not for the clientele. Am I in Portland where the Baristas make you feel like they are doing me a favor by serving coffee to me? Apparently so here. Service was 50/50. Coffee was 50/50. Only slightly better than burnt Pike Place at Starbucks The location is nice if you want to feel like you are at a rap concert. Won’t be back.
Great coffee. Only two downsides, the coffees super hot and you have to ask for a sleeve which is another cup so pretty wasteful and the line is always long and takes forever.
The location has always been a great place to have a weekend escape! They have so many flavors than Starbucks. I love Italian soda with raspberry and grapefruit! Some of the hot drinks are good too. Also, staff is so nice and friendly. I do like this place so much.
Love this place. I always order the iced rocket. It’s consistently good and staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.
Bad coffee. Really inconsistent. The employees need better training and follow the recipes exactly or it never tastes the same. The coffee flavor is nowhere near as good as roasters was. I've tried 7 times to get a good coffee from 4 different black rocks and couldn't do it. Very disappointed.
Very clean and the staff was very friendlyAble to customize your drink to the T the only thing I did not like was the music was very loud
Drinks are always good, like their other locations, but this place has especially rude customer service :(
