Went in last night to get some ice cream with my fiance... The guy was so disrespectful, everytime I asked him a question he'd snap at me. According to him, Baskin-Robbins stopped making clown cones? I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere after this experience.
Absolutely terrible Baskin Robbins location. They don’t have a public restroom, but when a 4 year old is in your establishment and has to pee, you should make an exception and let them use the one you have in the back for employees. I worked at Baskin Robbins as a high schooler and we always let people use the restroom when asked. It’s just decent. As a result, you lost a customer for that sale and all future possible business. Train your employees to greet people when they walk in the door as well. You’re failing as a business.
They closed earlier than the posted time. Also my teenager and her friends went there to get ice cream on their lunch break and they don't accept United states currency as a form of payment. How many teenagers have a debit/credit card. From now on bringing my business to dairy queen. The night they closed early was Jan 8th 2022 in case management cares.
Large car club went for dessert and the single employee churned through our crowd with patience and efficiency. As always a pleasure.
Kids loved it. New sea creatures cups are cute. Come with a piece of white chocolate based on the cup. I had the lemon custard, tasted like a Savannah Smiles!!
Horrible service! Went to the Stevens Drive location July 8th just after 8 PM, the guy working couldn't be bothered, what was on his phone was too important. When the girl didn't greet us he came to the counter and just stared at us. No greeting from either, just a sense that we were bothering them. The guy was really putting off a nasty attitude, we will not be back.
I love this place but my one critique would be to set up up the card reader to allow folks to leave a tip for these hard working kids trying to make some extra money. Not everybody carries cash.
Y’all. In this day and age of online ordering and contact free delivery- can I just tell you guys how impressed I am by this store?These guys reached out personally to ask if I would mind sending over a new picture (I’d ordered a not inexpensive photo cake online) so that they could make the layout look better.I then asked if they could change the piping color of the icing to one that wasn’t a choice online. Answer: “Sure! Would she like a little rose too?”Thank you so much, Stevens Drive store, for going that extra step. So, so appreciated.
