I'm a frequent customer. Yesterday the girl messed up and made the wrong type of drink. I kindly said I wanted blended (she made hot). I get my what was to be blended and it was watered down. Definitely not blended! Like she was in a hurry to throw my drink together. I was in a rush to get to my sons game. Tossed the drink as it was watery. Came back this morning to let them know and woman didn't even care! No comp no apology. This place is all about making money and not fixing mistakes!
We had amazing coffee with spice. Definitely recommend The Arsonist for enthusiasts who want to try coffee with spice. It will definitely make your day!If you want to be more adventurous, try the Burnout!They even have fancy mugs and apparel. Definitely worth the trip there. Thank you for such amazing coffee.
I strongly wish I could give this place more stars unfortunately first impression and customer connection is so huge for me. Especially if I am a firm believer of supporting small businesses. The young lady that greeted us today was excellent (Aspen) friendly, and interacting. However the older woman assisting her the barista could really use customer service skills with “New” customers. Quite the positive change towards the regulars. Being new there I questioned if the coffee given was the one I had ordered because of the similar flavor I tasted in my sons drink. The manner how she answered made me feel like she was offended by my question and came off with an attitude.Maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe she didn’t click with our joyful personalities but either way working in a coffee spot I hate to say but you will deal with different people everyday. Why not try to be a little more friendlier to the newbies too so we can keep spreading the word of how great you are.
Today I went in with my mother to try something new, we love trying coffee from small businesses and we’re excited. We walk in and we’re greeted by aspen, truly such a bright and friendly person, she took our order and even helped with some accommodations for my drink ( I can’t have it too hot and asked if it be made warm ) she definitely was helpful and put a smile on our faces. Sadly not too long after we had an encounter with a different barista, an older women with whiteish gray hair. We got our drinks and we’re curious to what they were and she gave us a look of “are you stupid” and rudely let us know what they were. I tried to take a sip of my drink and it was really hot, so I tried to ask her if she could remake it and she gave me no acknowledgment and talked to a different customer. Aspen stopped what she was doing and came to come help me. Aspen was great, but the coffee and that lady were definitely not.

My go to coffee stand. Delicious, unique, and seasonal brews.
Decent coffee. Staff is OK. Themed drinks are both delicious and original with some novel flavor combinations.
