This place is the worst the drive through line is always very long and they don’t care about the orders being completed fast. Door dash and Uber eats drivers are always stuck in a long drive through line after they close the lobby. We have to wait half an hour and sometimes even an hour to pick up the customers food. They should just let us go inside I don’t get why are they torturing us like this
I have had good experiences with this wendys in the past, but the last few times ive been over the last few months the food has come out in a pretty sad condition. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the breading was soggy and falling off and the chicken was tougher than usual. My wife got the chicken nuggets and they had no crisp on them and almost felt and tasted stale. I have always thought wendys to be a higher tier of fast food, but am getting proven wrong.
Still a great place to go and get some great food. Yes it's still fast food...but if you know Wendy's you know they also have thjngs like baked potatoes and some wonderful desert like items. Employees do a great job at getting your order to you fast and theg try to stay positive which can be very hard to do with some of their customer base. As I have seen people flip out and throw food for no reason at employees because they felt they deserved to get some special discount of 10 cents....yes 10 cents...a piddly amount for a self entitled rude customer who can't seam to figure out they went into a Wendy's store and not a Mc Donalds. I see some bad reviews here and well...like I always say...read what they say and look at their other reviews. That will tell you quickly if you should pay attention or report them or not. I live pretty close to this store so my review is probably biased. But then I like many stores I don't live close to at all.I admit if I had my way I would some how steal this store and a number of others and put them next store to me. Because I like this place. Inside is clean the employees are great customer service is top notch.
Great wendys! I was checked on by employees if i needed anything and if food was good. I was taken back for a moment that there are places still making one feel welcomed and respected. I said to my friend we are t in kansas anymore toto! Meaning seattle is getting to be a very scary place if fairwood is and renton are that welcoming. Great food best i has in a long time A++++.
Only me and one other guest but they made my order fast and hot. Minus one star because their new fries are not as good as the old ones.
The food was good but the service bad, I had to go back for ketchup and bbq sauce an d after sitting down to eat was told they only do order to go the manager walked past me twice and said nothing and then sent over a flunky to dismiss me, one can only imagine what her reasons for this but as a black man I've dealt with it to many times! Won't be returning to this establishment and neither will my friends or family! May not return to Wendy's at all. I'm sure their fine with that too...
I gave them 4 stars because I like Wendy's, and it's the closest one. But deserve 3 star's because they can be slow in getting the orders out and have mixed up a couple of my orders. When it's not so busy, you're pretty much in and out. All in all, it's today's fast food, and everywhere is pretty much a let down when it comes to service.
I used to come to this delicious, super fast wendys with delightful people and now the line takes a while (because they're short staffed obviously) but when I get my food it's always cold/soggy and maybe once in a blue moon warm. And today the employees were blatantly talking bad about my car and it was very rude and completely uncalled for. What's happened to this place
Normally I have had such a good experience at this Wendy’s. We haven’t been here in awhile and probably won’t come back. The fires were soggy and tasted old. I asked for no tomatoes and add cheese on our chicken sandwiches. The receipt was correct but got home and they HAD tomatoes and NO cheese. The burger was supposed to come with cheese and have NO onion and yet it had NO cheese and HAD onion. The baked potatoes were over cooked. Everything was wrong and terrible.
Like I say every time I leave a comment about Wendy's, the breakfast sandwiches are Beyond Compare of any other fast food chain. Who else uses a fresh cracked egg? Nobody, that's who! Wendy's is over-the-top great for breakfast lunch or dinner!
