I've been in line for twenty minutes, now I've been at the call box for about 8 minutes, no one has spoken into the box and said I'll be right with you, or made an announcement that there is a delay. I called you store number three times, busy signal each time. Is everything ok? I keep saying hello and no one answers.Update:I drove to the window and knocked, they said you are closed and there was a bolted lock on the window so it could not be open and there were about 6-8 cars still waiting. I drove back and make the announcement myself to your waiting customers who like me didn't know you were closed. An informal notice that you were closed would have gone a long way. Ther are other stores we could have gone to but we all chose this restaurant because there is something we all enjoy. But to leave your customers sitting with no mention of closure is not right to your customers.

What can I say? I haven't fully evolved past my craving for fast food. Judging from the drive thru line I had to contend with, I realize I'm hardly alone. Although I fell sheepish to admit how often I visited Wendy's this March, the popularity of this location proves how successful they are at pleasing the crowd. Hell, we're willing to wait for the treats coming our way.The staff is generally friendly, but mobile orders seem to be more of a challenge to fulfill here than Jack in the Box. Part of it was my fault on this particular trip because I mistakenly clicked the option to pick up my order at the counter. I stated the fact when I reached the intercom at the menu and was told that it would be ok. Upon reaching the windowI was told to pull forward to the entrance and temporally park, because my order "was waiting inside" for me.When I went inside, the counter staff asked for m the name on the order, and proceeded to tell me that I was at the wrong location. I pulled my phone out and had to point out that the address on my receipt was indeed their location. I am usually easy going and if you read my reviews, you'll see I don't ever have bad things to report, but I have to be honest with you guys. Other times, it's matching my name to the printed ticket, to avoid the potential of having my name misspelled, I use my initials. But that hasn't worked, lol.

Honestly - I used to work at a fast food joint and I can understand when you’re low staffed and busy but you should not give your customer a cold shoulder or silent treatment. It takes 5 seconds to repeat back an order and confirm it’s the correct order. I understand if you tell me to give you a second.My husband had to ask more than twice for the cashier to repeat back the order because we couldn’t see it on the screen fully only to be ignored. She also ended the order before we even said “that’ll be all”. She then gave us a receipt that had the wrong size drink and we asked if we were being charged for a large or a small and she just nodded at us. She didn’t let us know if she was changing the size or not.

It's hard to add to an item to make it a double if you order a double does it mean a bun on top and a bun below? I thought a Dave's double was to 2 beef patties? I tried to call them but couldn't get them to answer the phone, much like the kfc on Auburn way. They can screw you over and get away with it

Love coming here for a late night burger. When Schrell is working the drive thru, you will be greeted with a warm smile and great food. She is so SWEET!!! ?

Definitely have to be careful driving in this area can get really hectic there's usually long lines they do get very busy especially around most breakfast lunch and dinner times I'll see every now and again you might get homeless person coming up to your car but for the most part it's actually a really good restaurant it's been at that location for years

HelloI doordash driver I pick up customer order I ask girl work at Wendy she told me there no any restroom for customer. First she spend 5 min she don’t even know doordash order she ask me but I have i order that wrost customer service . I complaint to doordash.

I came in through the drive thru once at this location and was treated poorly when I was asked to park the employee rolled her eyes at me as she said it even though I treated her with the up most respect. Even though the order took ten minutes to get to me she continued to treat me poorly. When I said thank.you and smiled at her she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I'll never come back here again I felt really disrespected and unwanted.

They are always pretty quick. And I love the 5 biggie bag. Totally worth it

This Wendy's is usually pretty decent, just the occasional missing sauce or straw for my beverage but last night was awful. It is absolutely disgusting. I found something foriegn in my food.
