The servers are very nice and attentive. They respond quickly to any problems. We had our steak came out medium when we asked for well done and our server quickly got us a new one and even took it off our bill. The views are definitely phenomenal and the food is great, though the black cod did leave a little more to be desired as the tomato sauce that went with it wasn't entirely spectacular.4 star because the menu option is a little limited. Would give 4.5 star if possible!
The food was good, the bottomless mimosas were great. Our server was great, however upon arrival we checked in because we had reservations and waited and started to see other people walking up after us that had reservations that were sat down before us. It wasn't until I mentioned something, that we were seated. We made reservations and still had to wait about 30 minutes and were skipped. Luckily, our server and the food made up for it.
You're essentially paying for the view, which is pretty. We ordered the steak frites, it was pretty bland for my liking. The side salad that comes with it had more flavor. The fries were delicious though. Service was a little slow, for a Monday lunch hour. It wasn't too busy either. I noticed our waiter cleaned off tables that stayed empty the full 3 hrs we were there before coming and greeting us. The dessert, cookie skillet was just your ordinary dessert. Overall it was an okay experience, the view is nice, however, their outdoor seating is a covered deck, so it can get chilly even when the sun is out because the sun is blocked for most seats out there.
I don’t recall the last time I ate the exact same breakfast 3 days in a row! However, as soon as I tasted the smoke salmon on the everything bagel at the Water’s Table restaurant on the ground floor, I knew I would be back at least 2 more times! The smoked salmon was very tender, nicely seasoned and, as you can see from the photos, a generous amount of salmon each day on the bagel! Service was great each day and breakfast was provided very promptly. The view over Lake Washington was such a terrific way to start the day!
Amazing brunch with great customer service

Came in here for the first time with high expectations as we heard wonderful things from our coworkers. We had reservations. Service was 0 stars, beyond terrible experience, we waited 45mins before getting water another 65mins for our wine and bread. Main course took 1.5 hours before we could eat we thought this place was a joke.. honestly we were laughing about how bad the service was. The food was just as bad so I'm sad to say we won't be back and ill be tell my coworkers not to come here as they must have gone down hill. New management? Possibly hire new waiters and new management I'd recommend.
We made a reservation approx. 30 days in advance for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Our 40th VDay together. A view table was requested. We called at least 2 times to reconfirm and were told they would try, no guarantees, no reservation for view table. Also shared we were staying at the adjoining Hyatt. Arrived early, all "view" tables were taken. No consideration. About 20 mins later 2 tables were vacated. When we attempted to reseat, we were told sorry we didn’t have a “view” reservation. What.Totally confused by this management decision and ready to leave. Let’s get back to seating shortly.Let’s now talk about the menu... once seated were told it was a fixed menu. What? We checked the website, no mention of that. Wife has celiac and must have gluten free. When we asked for a menu, they wanted to seat us at the bar where we could order regular menu. With Covid still around, we were not sitting at the bar. Plus, it is V Day! Our VDay dinner was almost ruined. Manager Sheena Nguyen figured out this was about to get embarrassing ... were reseated in our old table with a menu that has gluten free items.Back to seating - We then watched a couple come arrive and were about to be seated near us ... they see table that we had requested and were led to it. WHAT?A 4- or 5-star review goes to 2 stars.Server Nancy was excellent ... seating was not in her control. Food was average and not warm. Manager brought us flowers and apologized, very professional. It is unlikely we will come to Waters Table again. This is sad b/c we have been coming to Hyatt since it opened. Will eat elsewhere (Peyrassol Cafe or Wild Fin). The fact that we were staying at the Hyatt did little or nothing. We have traveled extensively, and it is very rare for me to give a 2-star review. AND...We will never forget how I felt at the Waters Table.Recommendations:There are many people who need gluten free (gf). When you declare a set menu offer gf.If it is a set menu CLEARLY advise on website... not after people are seated.Be clear about seating. We were told others had "view" reservations. What, how did that happen. We communicated directly with them at least 3 times were repeatedly told no guarantees. So how did some people get reservations.Give a priority to Hyatt guests. Water’s Table is part of the Hyatt. In conclusion, in this fantastic setting, the Hyatt (5 stars) deserves something better.Jim Cook
Such a romantic evening. The food was spectacular.
My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here on the patio. The food came out fast and the person who waited on us was not intrusive but perfectly available, helpful, and kind. We had a great experience.Just a note that the patio seating is screened in by a large, heavy screen, so if you're worried about covid, it may not be the "outdoor" seating for you.
