Such a cute hole in the wall. I almost missed it! Kind of difficult to find close parking but the parking garage has the first 2 hours for free. My guy and I got guava ice tea. Super good! Would absolutely get it again. So refreshing and clean and no sugar added it’s all just the guava sweetness ^_^ love it!
Great boba place - quality is consistent, boba has texture integrity. Had the osmanthus milk tea with boba and it is awesome. Price is on the expensive side but I think it's worth it. I went on Christmas & it's still open (wow!). Owner is also really friendly & overall it's a great place to get yourself a nice cup of boba when you really need it.
Great egg coffee! Love the combination of smooth mouth feel, right amount of sweet, a hint of bitter from the coffee, and a touch of salt with a lovely nuttiness to every sip. I'm craving one right now. I may love this more than Coffeeholic in Columbia City.

I just got matcha oat milk tea with boba and it tastes very good! With add-ons, it is pretty pricey but well worth it based on the quality of the drink. I got Strawberry Lemonade for my son and he enjoyed it as well. One word of warning though, this place does not validate your parking ticket if you park in the parking structure. So be sure to park on the street if you don't want to pay $3.30 for 0-1 hour of parking.
I always stick with my fave, the Thai tea w tapioca boba’s, but we were recommended the brown sugar tea - it was delicious. We tried it both with boba’s as well as their coffee jelly - both are good, but I think the consensus around our table was we would stick with the boba’s. Give it a try! The jelly is definitely a different texture, but the flavor was good. We have gone back!
TRA is always a lovely experience. Their smoothies and juices are super refreshing and don't have that fake overly sweet taste you get with some other milk teas. Highly recommend the Peanut Butter Celery smoothie :)

I’m not a big fan of strong coffee but let me tell you… I got the Viet Iced coffee and it was the right amount of sweetness to mask the strong taste. I’m obsessed! It’s very rare for me to find a coffee I absolutely love but I think i’ve finally found it. I can see myself spending a lot of money here!
If your staying at the hyatt, taking a stroll down lake washington or quenching your thirst down at the renton landing this is one place of very few you need to check out.I came today for the first time and tried the day dream smoothie and it was amazing!!! The quality in how well it's made to the product it's served in shows they really care about their work and more importantly their customets.The whole layout inside is so refreshing with the flowers on the walls to the entrance of the door. Im definitely coming back for more and if you haven't already your missing out.
