I am rating the Employees, the coffee, and the service a Five Star (Amazing) but I am rating the Owner a One. We have come to this establishment for years and frankly I have been blown away year after year how they will not drop a few hundred dollars to put proper air conditioning in this location. The employees are in 112• working temps. with such an ancient AC that it just blows hot air. The employees are visibly drenched. Anyone who is a regular knows this was the same last year for the 118 degree day. And the years before with the smoke they didn’t bother bringing a purifier when the air was at hazardous levels. It would be awesome if they could just put a proper system in. We don’t care they had to raise prices to match inflation, we don’t care if they raise them again, but they have windows and there are really amazing Portable ac Units out there. Please go get one, no one likes to have people suffer to serve them
My go to coffee stand. They have the best drip coffee and the employees are always super cool and I enjoy bs'ing with them.

The coffee is good and fast. My biggest complaint is that how unsanitary they are. The person who takes the cash/card, then uses the cashier, touches the pens that everyone uses, doesn’t wash or sanitizes their hands. Grabbing the straws and entering them into drinks. I would recommend to switch to covered straws if they don’t care about hygiene. Happens all the time, you will notice it as well.
This is my go-to coffee stand. Everyone is always in a great mood and friendly! I have never had a bad drink or experience here! Highly recommended ?
First time I came here they made my drink completely wrong and 2nd time I could hear them making comments about mine and my fiance order. When we did get our drink they were extremely watered down, no whipped cream and you couldn't even taste the mocha. Pretty sad excuse for service
some fried blondie was very rude and gave me a half filled drink… then gave me attitude when i asked why it’s only filled halfway

The staff are always really amazing and nice, and the drinks here taste amazing! They have really great monthly drinks, as well as daily trivia facts that make the whole experience great!!
